A lot of firsts.

Recently retired, my sons bought me an airbrush, brushes, and paints to give me something to do in retirement. So I bought this 1/48 M3 Bradley at a reject shop, reduced to $2.00 AU, as a practice model. Lots of flash, not very accurate. Parts needed a lot of work to fit. Great fun!

1st model in over 50 years!

1st armored vehicle!

1st time airbrushing! (Made my own thinner and cleaner that worked great.). Cam was painted without masking.

1st time attempting oil wash and weathering! The Lackerband tracks weren't great (it came with an electric motor).

I was happy with the result but can see were I can improve..please let me know what you think and any critiques..

Why dont more people use the built in voice communicator? (numberpad + key)

Some people I meet at settlements don't want to " join party" to chat outside of the general chat, so it's hard to convey your intentions (to help, to convey information about freight elevators, to point out loot boxes to newbies (which, relatively speaking, I am one). Then, out of the blue, you will meet some crews or individuals using '+' to talk. You hear them talking and join in, and it's great; you can talk to each other, exchange info, and it makes multiplayer more real. Yet, very few people I meet use this feature. Why is that?

Logging out in Ship and in Bed: A missed opportunity!

Hi. New to Star Citizen, I was completing a multi-location pickup, had 4 out of 5 loaded, and ran out of time (wife rang for me to run an errand). So I thought I would try bed logging. I pulled out of a quantum jump, turned off the engine, and logged out in bed. What a great pause button for a non-timed contract! (I thought!) When I returned later, the cargo was on board, but the contract was missing. And all I could do was go to a non-safe system and sell for a reduced price. I realize what I'm suggesting has its limits, i.e., logging out in bed in the midst of a firefight, but wouldn't it be a perfectly acceptable pause in the situation I found myself in? Did the developers miss this possibility for those of us strapped for time? I'd love to hear your feelings on this, or if it is just something not feasible!
