Best things to do for two sisters?

We’re women in our early 40’s visiting for the first time. We definitely want to get out on the water, but are NOT comfortable renting jet skis or anything without a lesson. Both good swimmers but we’re typically kayak kinda people and we’d like to do something with more adventure/speed for a change.

We’re staying near Dog Days Bar & Grill. What’s the best way to get around if we want to drink and not drive?

We’ll probably do some hiking too. Any suggestions?

Edited for clarity. Also please stop DMing me. Sweet of you men to offer to take care of us ladies, but no, we’re not getting on a boat with random Redditors.

Aligning Ne with Se

I’m an INTP (44 female) and dating an ESTP (53 male). We’ve been together about 3 years and it’s great because we both love adventure and getting out there and also having deep thinking time. But lately I’ve been trying to learn more about extroverted sensing because the way he interacts with sensory information is just so different from the way I do. Anyone have any advice for getting Se and Ne to both enjoy the same adventures and sensory experiences?

Orgy style vs actual swap

This is kind of a logical question and I realize it’s going to vary, but I’m curious about what works for you.

My partner (53 M) and I (44 F) have been actively swinging for about a year and a half. We stay together (same room) and play with couples, but as you often hear on Reddit, it’s really challenging to find a good four way match. So we’ve had a few not great experiences, even with couples we really liked.

It works best for me if I can stay engaged with my partner. I need for him to be able to see me (and ideally touch me), and I like to be able to see that he’s actively engaged too. So a kind of “orgy-style” pile of bodies is better for me where I can make eye contact with him. What often happens though is there will be 30 seconds of making out and then the other guy will pull me away for a blow job or sex or whatever, and he’ll block me from my partner with his body. It forces me to put my attention on the guy I’m playing with and not the group. Meanwhile if my partner isn’t feeling a great one-on-one connection with the other woman, he’ll go soft and I won’t be able to keep him engaged.

So here’s my question… how do you make sure everyone is comfortable before you physically separate into swap couples? In my experience people seem to just drop clothes and dive in. Is there a way to do the undressing part better? Do you start with your own partner? Do have certain positions where you can still face each other and engage with the others? Is this why bi women often start together?

Basically, what does the first 5 minutes of a swap look like for you? How do you keep an eye on your partner and show engagement for the other couple? Give me all the multitasking tips.

Average income?

I know this is a fairly expensive lifestyle. Clubs, travel, clothes, enough free time, etc are all pretty good indicators that this is a first world activity, but lately we’ve been meeting people who are wealthy… like not upper middle class, but wealthy. It actually makes me a little uncomfortable, like we’ll never be able to reciprocate hosting. What’s your experience? Do you mostly play with people who are close to your tax bracket?

Supporting a partner through a breakup

My partner is splitting with my meta. It’s been a long time coming and is frankly a relief for me because this relationship created a lot of unnecessary drama for everyone. It was never that healthy for either of them.

While I’m convinced this is the right thing, that doesn’t mean it’s not painful for my partner. I don’t like seeing him upset. He’s been really good about not venting to me, but it’s obvious that he’s struggling and grieving.

Any tips for supporting my partner through the transition? I don’t want to make it seem like I’m trying to step in and fill the void that she’s leaving. I know I can’t do that. But I want to be here for him.

Estimate how much you’ll eat

You get paid $3 million to spend 1 month alone in a beautiful pristine cabin. It’s fully equipped with whatever entertainment you want and standard amenities. You’re just not allowed to have people over and no deliveries. Nothing can go in or out.

At the start, you must make a grocery list to stock the kitchen. You can get any food you ask for in any quantity.

If you run out of food, you can leave early, but you won’t get the money, or you can stay with no food until the 30 days runs out.

If you have food leftover at the end, you must stay until you’ve eaten all of it. Leave before it’s gone, and you don’t get the money.

All of the typically considered edible portions must be completely consumed by you. Ie if you get eggs, you must eat yolk and white but not shell. Apple, everything but the core and seeds. If you get salt and pepper shakers you have to use it all. Full bottle of hot sauce. Even if something spoils, or you cook it badly, you must consume it, or forfeit the money. No throwing away leftovers or food scraps.

You have a standard kitchen, including refrigerator and freezer, so normal spoil rates apply. Water usage is unlimited and not part of the equation.

What’s going on your grocery list and how do you determine quantities?

Assuming that it didn’t come up ahead of time, and you’re playing with a couple that you know at least a little bit, do you think it’s appropriate to try/start anal without a conversation? (I’m talking about men with women, not gay men). How common is anal with swapping? How are you ladies handling this if you don’t want to go there?
