[Acne] Best sulfur products? Azelaic acid?

I’ve been struggling with acne on my cheeks, jawline, temples and neck area for over 6 years.
Over the years i’ve tried niacinamide cleansers, salicylic acid serum, benzac gel, and erycine solution, along with different brands of facial cleansers. I’m also on birth control for two years now, heard thats supposed to get rid of acne as well? Nothing seems to work. Absolutely nothing.

I recently saw people recommending sulfur products and azelaic acid. I think i want to try those but i’m not sure wich ones i should get.
Any help is very welcome!

Edit; Don’t know if it’s important to know or not but i am currently using Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil, along with Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Cleansing Gel and a Garnier water based moisturiser.

Dog keeps sneezing and biting his paws

My dog is a maltese-chihuahua mix, 9 years old, male.

He sneezes everyday, up to 5 times a day.
And to be honest, he’d been sneezing for a long time before i realised it might be a problem😅..
I always thought it was just those “playful” sneezes that dogs do, until a few months ago he started biting his paws. He would do it everyday and wouldn’t stop even when i tried to distract him, so i decided to take him to the vet.

While the vet was looking at his paws, he asked me if my dog also sneezes. I said yes, multiple times a day. To wich he said “then he’s definitely allergic to something”.

He gave my dog a shot of something that works against allergies, told me this should make him stop sneezing and biting his paws for a couple weeks. After a couple of weeks i have to go back to get anti allergy medicine in pills.

The thing is though, he didn’t stop sneezing. He doesn’t bite his paws nearly as much anymore, but sometimes still does. Is it something different then? Not an allergy?

My 26 year old lazy brother sees our mom as his maid

My 26 yo brother still lives with our mom. She’s chronically ill and fatigued everyday. My brother refuses to get a job and just games all day everyday.
He’s asleep during the day and wakes up in the evening.
He does not care that our mother is sleeping at night and loudly chats with his online friends while gaming in the room right next to mom’s bedroom.

Our mom cooks for him everyday, goes grocery shopping multiple times a week, does his laundry, and every chore in the house all on her own.
She only gets a break when i visit, because then i do it for her.

I have told my brother multiple times he should do the dishes because mom cooks for him everyday, but he refuses.
Once when i visited i saw the floor was very visibly dirty, and i asked him why he didn’t mop the floor, to wich he said *“because”,* and left.
I ended up mopping the floor

The only thing my mom expects him to do is take the trash out, wich he only does when he feels like it, wich is coincidentally only when i visit and he makes me take the trash out together with him.
The last two weeks he didn’t take the trash out at all, *”because i have to go to the dentist”*, he said.
Every excuse is a good excuse for him to be lazy.

Last time i was there he didn’t even clear his own plate from the table after he was done eating. I got angry and told him to take his plate, but he ignored me and went back to his room to game.

He does absolutely **nothing** but game and eat. My mom is like his slave

I’m seriously about to explode. I can’t even describe how frustrated i am.
I want to tell him off so bad but i know my mom can’t handle the stress of her kids being angry with eachother, wich is why i stay quiet most of the time. What can i do??
