What is the best option for a 1-1.5 hour Seine River Cruise for a family that will have a baby in tow. The only real non negotiable is the ability to be inside (lower deck) with baby. Would like to have champagne or at least have it available to purchase, and we would like to be able to do it around sunset time. We will be staying near the Eiffel Tower.

Was looking at Bateaux Paresiens but my wife is convinced we will have to get in line a hour ahead of time to guarantee the seats/spots on the lower deck not in the elements, is this true???

I have never booked a 4S before, looking at going in October to 4S Punta Mita with wife and 4 month old for my wife's birthday (deciding between 4S or St. Regis still). Is booking through AMEX FHR basically the same as booking through a FSPP?

Wife turns 30 in October and currently have 4 nights booked with both properties through AMEX FHR and trying to decide which property. St. Regis is slightly cheaper than Four Seasons (about $500 total), I am also Titanium with Marriott and have NUA's I can use.

4 straight days I have gotten a Roamme alert for ANA Business Class availability for 110K points on United. So I go to call Virgin to book through them and each time they say nothing is available. Also the past 2 days I have gotten a Seats.Aer alert.

Am I doing this process for booking ANA Business through Virgin wrong or do I just keep getting phantom award alerts? I have been calling Virgin within 5 minutes of getting the alert.

Looking to go to Aruba in early October for wife's 30th bday. It will be us 2 and our infant son (4 months old at the time). Any advice on which one to choose? All are roughly the same price with flexible dates during the first 2 weeks of October (2 nights points + 2 nights through AMEX FHR/Hotel Collection). I am Titanium Elite if that gets any additional perks at these hotels.
