I did Reda's quest today and I finally got the Falcata sword. It's almost impossible to get because it's not even found in the helix store. Which means it's only obtainable through Papyrus quests or Reda's quests.
Are there any other items that are not in the store like the Falcata and are only obtainable through Papyrus quests and Reda's quests?
I just checked and we're already past half trading day and the stock has only lost a little bit. This is completely unacceptable, it ruined my analyst expectations and my entire thesis. Someone please check on Larry and tell him to take on more debt.
I've played all the games and just recently finished Metro Exodus. I'm now running Iron mode difficulty and I love the atmosphere and feel of the franchise.
I keep trying to sell the game to my friends but they're not into Single player games. We've played co-op survival games before. Part of me wishes there was a co-op campaign game for Metro. I'd love to experience sharing gas masks, ammo, and syringes with friends on high difficulty with scarce resources. Also, the idea of making moral decisions and gaining good/bad karma as a team would be amazing.
I have no doubts the devs would execute these concepts and mechanics exceedingly well as they always have. Right now I'm just looking forward to the new game and hopefully it will be the final nudge to get my friends into the franchise.
I’ve been testing builds with naoe here and there, and the firecracker gear in domains is absolutely cheese. Daze build is the best build in the game for domains and it’s not even close imo
James Kidd just finished explaining that something ancient and mysterious was behind this door and that I would need to collect all the keys to figure out what it is.. what a journey!! I hope a fucking tooltip doesn't spoil it for me.
Edit 1: A bunch of you are saying that James Kidd tells you there is a suit of armor behind that door. I just went back and rewatched the cutscene and Kidd definitely never says that:
Kidd: That's one. Couple dozen more and you're in.
Kenway: And what will this effort gain me?
Kidd: Respect, for a start. From the men and women you put in danger here. And if that ain't enough, there's a treasure behind that door. Something many centuries old. I reckon if you made the effort to find every last one of those, it'd be worth your while.
Edit 2: Yes, it was this way in the original game and it was annoying then too.
Edit 3: I know the "suit of armor locked behind a door" is a trope in the franchise, but being told exactly what it is and what it's called really takes away from the mystery.
To those who ACTUALLY 100% the game not just achievements but also collectibles, ability points, playing both characters, and making different dialogue choices for each.
How many actual hours/days/months/years did it take you?
I completed Origins but had to pick up Mirage as a detour because I can't handle doing two rpg games in a row.
Now I'm hesitant to pick up this game despite the positive reviews surrounding the story.
ps. I don't move on from a game unless I 100% everything in terms of trophies, collectibles, level, and also storyline possibilities.
Edit: I forgot to include DLCs and Maximum difficulty in both playthroughs and different dialogue choices for each in the 100%. This obsession and toxic definition of 100%ing a game started in AC 1 and those stupid flags.
I won't bother making a new one just to deal with Meta's bullshit all over again.
