39m non smoker non drinker 5'6 162lbs healthy but have anxiety.

For about 8 weeks now i have intermittent pressure type headache? Almost a tingling buzzing and pressure at vertex of my head I just had my longest span of mild symptoms for 5 days. It comes and goes lasts hours to a day and makes me.kind of dizzy also.

Ive had mri mra ekg holter ent bloods eye dr and physio appt. They all keep.semding me to each other any ideas what this is?

So after taking a journal I'm realizing that dizziness is my least common symptom. I'm having head pressure (feeling like a weight is on top and forehead/eyebrow) which makes me feel like a bobblehead, with this i have trouble focusing my eyes and what i can best describe as a brief intense pulsing head vibration sensation. Those happen every day episodically and I do sometimes feel ok. I do get episodes of dizziness more like a swaying disorientation and nausea but those are less frequent maybe a day a week. Does anyone have similar symptoms? If so what is rhe cause of this? Any help is appreciated

Good watch, and gave me some hope

Hi im a 39M non smoker non drinker 5'6 165lbs.

Diagnosed with anxiety, no other comorbidities.

Going on 4 weeks now ive had miltiple daily episodes of dizziness and what I can only describe as a brain buzzing feeling. It started with a vague on a Boat feeling which has persisted to date intermittently. I also started over the next week or 2 I starred getting an intense sensation that my brain was vibrating inside my head lasting 1-3 seconds at a time. Pressure between my eyes and on my nose like sinus area but like it was coming from the outside not the inside if that makes sense, and trouble focusing.

This same set of.symptoms happened to me 6 years ago, i got no diagnosis then, and it resolved spontaneously after 9 months or so. This time feels worse but I'm not sure.

I have no diagnosis yet after seeing, GP, ENT, Neuro, ER, cardiologost, Walk in.

Tests I have had -

Blood panel

Ekg and 7 day holter monitor

Mri

Mra

Ent exam

Eye dr

Dix halpike

Neuro exam

All.are normal but I feel terrible.

I appreciate if one of you great Dr's in this group could point me in the right direction to get assistance. Thank.you.

For almost 3 weeks now ive been off balance, not spinning but almost a disoriented feeling. Im getting episodes of sweating and nausea from time to time. Does anyone else get the sweating etc? Is that normal?

6 years ago it started for me. I struggled with daily episodes of dizziness, nausea, and a pressure between my eyes that thingled or buzzed. Now its back and exactly the same

About 10 days in. Getting cold sweats, dizzy, nauseous for brief episodes. Maybe 10-20 minutes at a time. And daily tingle buss and almost a sinus pressure feeling. I'm very afraid and hopeless. I went to a walk in and no answers.

Looking at a one owner 2014 s with a 6 speed 90k miles 25k$ what you think? Buy?

Found a 981 s manual after a year of searching, but it has 97k miles. One owner all service, price is right for the mileage i think.. ($24k) opinions please
