How hard is it to get into Whole Foods ?
I have a full time job as a admin during the mornings, so I’m just looking for a second job, an overnight job.
I filled applications for overnight stocking, locations PA and NJ.
That this company doesn’t care about how hard you work, they don’t care if you’re reliable, nothing.
You are nothing to this company, If you do not get credit cards. They will not promote you, If you do not get credit cards. They will not say it to your face because it’s illegal but best believe the underline reason you are not getting promoted is because you are not getting them credit cards.
I had my old manager visit our store yesterday and he told me that one of his employees does not get credit cards so he gives him one day a week and that he needs to “get more cards to get more days of work” and I’m not exaggerating or lying about what I just said.
Then I started doing a self reflection on my own employment at TJ Maxx and I was wondering why I haven’t been promoted to key carrier yet. My store manager knows I want to be key carrier. I was also promised key carrier when I first started. It’s because I don’t get enough credit cards and I am honest with them and I tell them that I’m not comfortable pushing credit cards on people when they do not want it ( BUT I DO IT)
It breaks my heart because clearly I’m not here for the pay, but I actually started liking where I worked. The people I work with, but I do not want to stay with a company that is not going to promote their employees because they don’t get enough credit cards for TJ Maxx.
It’s messed up when they don’t recognize the employees that are hard-working. They will only recognize the lazy employee that gets a lot of cards. That’s the person that’s number one at TJ Maxx.
why is it that people will shop and let their young children run wild in the store?
Literally this lady today, let her child run wild messing up the entire toy section toys all over the floor. My coworker had to clean it up then the little girl was in the bedding section and all the bedding comforter set on the ground. The child is rolling around in them!!!
So I said something to the child, I was like “hey please don’t do that”
Well she went running to her mother saying that I yelled at her when I did not yell at her. The mom says something to me like understandably “Why is my child cryin” and I was like well she just ripped down all the bedding in the store and was rolling around in it.
I mean she apologized and then you know proceeded to pick up the one aisle while I already cleaned up the other side
But it's not just today, it's every day people don't watch their kids they go around breaking stuff, pulling off tags on furniture, JUMPING ON FURNITURE! Opening up toys and playing with them like wtf is going on...
It was one of those days where my energy is just drained completely I just clocked out and I'm walking out as I'm writing this... It was a day obviously lol 😤😳
Ok so I’m in the process of getting my license back
PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO GET A FRIGGIN RESTORATION LETTER I ALREADY DID!!!!
The only thing I needed to get my license back was get a court order from bucks county saying they lifted it ….
Well I did !
And now penndot wont take the court order ! I went to penndot and they told me we can’t take the court order …
I was also told to call penndot Harrisburg
You can never get someone on the phone at penndot
So now I don’t know what I should do ….
I tried to contact bucks county like maybe they should send it over ? But they have no answered me back I’m like panicking ! This is the LAST thing I had to do and I’m stuck ….
I just received my severance I’m from the Philadelphia area so hopefully everyone else receives there soon. I was a full-time employee worked two years and I received a little over 8000. 🙏 it’s not 20,000 but I’ll take it lol 😝
