Along with the usual suspects like Ray Price, Roy Clark, and Tennessee Ernie Ford were some unusual finds and some nice gems. The jackets were rough but the albums are in good shape.

This has been our "garage fridge" for a couple years, it's always performed well in the heat of summer until recently. As shown in the pics, the temperature climbs well above freezing once or twice a day, and then returns to normal temps.
I can manually turn the defrost timer knob with my fingernail and the fridge will click on - it's like the defrost cycle is running too long. However, when I remove the back panel of the freezer, there's no ice to be found - the attached pic of the freezer coils was taken during one of the times the temp was high.
I don't have a multi-meter, so I've been guessing at what could be wrong. So far I've replaced the freezer thermostat, the defrost timer control, and the refrigerator temp thermostat.
I would love to hear any suggestions as to what's going on.
My understanding is they usually use leaves to build their cocoon. What are the odds of it's survival?
A friend of mine got these from a relative who had them stored who knows where. I suspect they were sitting on a shelf in a basement, as the bottles appear to be in good shape.

Anyways, I'm wondering if they're worth anything, but I also have a morbid curiosity to pop one open this Christmas. I mean, how bad could it be, right? 😆
These cabinets are above the bed in our fifth wheel, and they will not stay propped open. I thought about adding shocks, but has anyone come up with a better solution?
