Test/tren/var/winstrol

What’s up guys. Coming off a 10 week TEST/NPP cycle
250 test, 200 NPP. Feel awesome, performance been great, gained some good size after i had cut down.

Planning on doing my first show in october, starting prep in august. Wanted some thoughts on a potential cutting cycle for my 12 week prep.

test e- 200mg per week
Tren ace- 70mg per week
var- 25mg at (8 weeks out)
winstrol- 50mg (last 4 weeks)

Just want some thoughts. For reference i’ve been on trt for 2 years. I’ve already run VAR before at 50mg with no issues, and winstrol as well. Tren ace would be the only thing i’ve never done.

Shark diet (fish only)

Hey guys, wanted to see yalls thoughts, i’m going to run an experiment of a primarily white fish diet for about 5 days with a bit of fatty fish here and there. Few reasons I want to do this

  1. Bodybuilding- I’m very into bodybuilding and something people implement during the final weeks before a show, is relying heavily on lean white fish because it's extremely high in protein, very low in fat, easy to digest, and makes calorie control incredibly precise.

  2. I’m very in to RFL type diets and seeing how easy or hard it is to maintain low calorie counts to achieve quick results.

  3. Fish and seafood is incredibly nutrient dense and so I believe that similarly to the sardine fast it can still be nutritionally appropriate.

  4. My big reason- I have Eosinophilic esphogitis this has made it tough for me to eat many foods even beef and chicken, but fish is a food that I handle well. So I also want to see if I can mitigate my symptoms while consuming just fish for a time.

My rules for this diet-
16/8 eating window
15-20k steps a day
75% of diet from white fish and shrimp
cook or eat in primarily olive oil or coconut oil(ik not pure carnivore)or tallow

Thinking of going for 7 days!!

Dilation?

Hello, been diagnosed with EOE since last July due to my initial chronic vomiting. EGD showed furrows and strictures at the time along with high eosinophils. I was put on a PPI and budesonide which failed before getting on dupixent in September. I started to get some relief from the dupixent around March. Less overall food coming back up and able to eat/drink most things decently unless i over eat. Well recently over about the past month I feel that my esophagus is smaller and liquids seem to not pass thru very easily, yet food seems less impactful. I’m scheduled for my EGD soon and i mentioned getting a dilation. Do you guys think that the dilation will help my issue?

I would say that at this point it basically always feels like I have a burp always stuck. I have to slam like a coke zero or something to relieve it. Drinking regular fluids feels like it doesn’t go all the way down either.
