Weekly rotational shift.
This week - 5.30 am to 1.30 pm shift
Next week - 2 pm to 10 pm shift
This follows on a rotational basis
I got this email - You have reached the required standard, but we are unable to offer you a job immediately.
We have added you to a reserve list from which we may make future appointments.
Has anyone else got this as well? What possibilities of reserve List getting an offer?
