If I have to put my own 2 cents on this, here they are:

5th place: Metafilibuster

Reasoning: metafilibuster’s enemy description states that it “Wanders infinite worlds leaving a trail of both
destruction and creation in its wake”. This can be interpreted in many ways, either being universal (infinite worlds being just infinite planets), multiversal (just referring to infinite universes) or what I choose to believe and according to ZL’s intro text: infinite multiverses. So yea this guy is 100% a very powerful entity lore wise no matter what people say.

4th place: Chronos

Reasoning: this one is interchangeable with filibuster’s spot, but I choose to believe that chronos is stronger than him. Why? So essentially my argument is purely theoretical, but I do believe chronos made the battle cats multiverse and its infinite cosmic structures (as stated here: Molded our reality from primordial matter using her mastery of the Divine Time Piece) so she places above filibuster due to that alone, but if you really want metafili to be higher, that’s alright too.

3rd place: The Cat God

Reasoning: I would’ve liked to place this guy as the strongest cat and the ultimate god of this multiverse, but there are two major flaws: Uncanny Legends and Crimes Against The Cosmos. In UL’d intro blurb, it is stated that the cats are traveling to an era before the existence of cat god, so if he was the originator of this cosmology, that time period would literally never exist. And crimes against the cosmos only helps the argument for it, as the cat god we face there is most likely an alternate universe version of him, meaning he isn’t just one being. Just to add stuff, I WILL die on the hill that his first 3 fights against the cats were just him sandbagging so the cats had a fighting chance. And lastly, why do I place him above chronos & filibuster? Simple, he has shown a level of manipulation over the world that I can’t assume the other 2 would be able to do. Being able to knock enemies back with a mere sneeze, healing all cats to full health instantly and being able to infinitely clone any cats for one minute.

2nd place: Izanami

Reasoning: Izanami is already ridiculously strong due to her unit description stating she and her brother come from a higher plane of existence (my interpretation states this means they hail from a dimension beyond the already infinite multiverses of battle cats), and she is stated to be the coda to all that ever was, which most likely includes Gaia (who is stated to be able to erase all life), chronos and filibuster (I already explained both), so she most likely possesses the ability to kill or even surpass the both of them. I do scale them above Cat God because they likely existed before UL, which was before Cat God was born, and cat god was never stated to come from a higher plane, so they likely use him as a figurehead/stand in god for their rule over the battle cats cosmology.

1st place: Izanagi

Reasoning: this guy is higher ranked than his sister for one major reason (but I can understand if you rank Izanami higher): his unit description. It states “The prelude to all that ever was, descended from a higher plane. Manifests desires and Conjures to the battlefield”, which means Izanagi might be able to create matter and reality bend (possibly even being the origin of conjures), so that’s why I rank him stronger than Izanami. And that’s the strongest unit in battle cats… right?

???: THE PLAYER.

Reason: yes, I argue that YOU are the strongest character here and the ultimate god of this cosmology. While you may not be omnipotent (as of now), you hold a level of control over the world of battle cats that isn’t really rivaled by anybody. You still may disagree and believe that Cat God and/or one of the Iza’s are stronger, that’s alright, but to me the strongest one might as well be the one commanding these gods and higher beings and making them stronger.

My answer: I think a soundpage where we are shown the alpha kids’ session in further detail would be quite nice, but I have to go with an [S] page where we get to see Caliborn doing stuff in his session. And yes I know there are a few pages where it’s shown moments of his session, but never enough that it’s fulfilling to me at least.
