Revisiting Underworld

So I'm revisiting Underworld for the first time in a long time (probably since it came out), partly due to curiosity and partly due to the fact I played it on PS3 and so couldn't access the DLC. Now have a Series S and using it to revisit old Xbox 360 games. So this might be just me being spoilt by the latest games (don't think so, as Legend and Anniversary held up well) but did anyone find Lara's movement really stiff and laggy? It feels like she is always hesitating to jump or do what I ask. The only thing that feels pretty good is combat.

Going to a convention

I'm going to a pretty big gaming convention next week and I'm wondering what Loops I should use - Engage or Experience? There will be stalls and vendors, but obviously a lot of noise too, which isn't great, as I struggle with migraines.

Is my experience normal?

I had my surgery last week on the Monday, so nearly a week and a half out, and I feel like my experience is so different to what I've read online. First thing is I woke up in recovery with the migraine from hell (not nose pain), so bad they had to put something over my eyes. Since then, it just refused to go. I was sent home with no painkillers and 10pm, so nowhere to go for anything. The whole discharge process felt awful. The next couple of days I suffered, with normal painkillers not even touching it. It was only when my GP prescribed something stronger that it helped (and even then I can still feel it and comes back intensely every 4 hours). I'm not even eating - lost 5lb in a week.

I spoke to the surgeon today and he got me to come in. I said I feel like I'm going mad, as I haven't read anywhere about it being this bad. He said it is more common than I think and the fact I'm already predisposed to migraines (have treatment every 12 weeks), makes this not surprising. He's prescribed me antibiotics as my right side doesn't look great, but has anyone else had similar horror stories?

So I'm not looking for medical advice (to make that clear), but has anyone had surgery under general anaesthetic while on Wegovy? My surgical team saya it is fine, but read some horror stories online, mainly issues with slow gastric emptying and food coming back up while under. Also worried someone on the day will suddenly cancel it, as they've read the guidelines wrong.

(Oh and it is not life-threatening surgery, having my deviated septum fixed, which I hope means I can exercise more. Right now I'm only breathing out of one side of my nose and get terrible headaches with frequent sinus infections)
