So I’ve been thinking of getting back to swimming after a decent amount of break. Does Nashik have any better public pool rather than opposite golf club. I don’t mind paying extra but water should not be too harsh

I am a guy in his early 20s and I used to run earlier but then i stopped because life got a little hectic but now i want to get back to running and swimming. I need your advice on how to get back? Should i start with 5k, but i did a 5k very days ago to check how bad the smoking affected me but ig it was a decent time ( 31 mins ). Now should i be persistents on 5ks and 10ks or should i start sprinting 1km*4 as my training program.
