We've been having trouble with people stealing our pocket knives lately. I stopped by another AZ today and noticed they had little red blockers on their shelves for their knives, im guessing you have to have management unlock them for you?
Anyone have the sku for those and I'm guessing you order them in replenishment?

So I'm a newly hired PSM and im doing a starter Plano. We have multiples of a lot of them and I'm wondering how do I check how many we should have on the shelf, and for the extra should I just transfer them all to the local hub?
Hey guys, I became part of the Flex family during the infamous Lowe's BF extravaganza as I'm sure a lot of you guys did too.
Since then I have been using my tools and loving the power and quality of the brand. I still follow this page and I know Flex is still releasing new tools, but did we ever get an update on future plans or anything?

I ask because all in all I've nominated somewhere around 6 of my coworkers. All 3 of the of the FT greys I've nominated, they got approved for the award. However, none of the PT reds got it. All it says is "submitted" by the nomination.
I know they can't accept all of them, but I just thought it was weird none of the reds got it!
I'm usually closing manager but had to open due to an emergency. I've never missed a petty count so I was honestly surprised I missed it. SM said he's going to talk to me about it tomorrow. Am I probably getting written up?

Hey y'all, I've been at AZ for 4 years now, promoted to PSM about 2 years ago, and since the start of this year I have been completely burnt out. I thought maybe I was going through a thing but this feeling hasn't gone away. I just don't want to do this anymore.
I was at my buddies the other day and work came up and one of them just started at Taco Bell. He mentioned how much they started him out at and he's literally making more than I am, just a regular crew member. I was embarrassed to even tell them how much I made.
Customers are getting more demanding, corporate is trying to push more of their BS, and overall I think I just need to switch it up. Not to mention the new Znet update they made this year is TRASH. I absolutely despise it. It's slow af and I swear sometimes they hide certain parts under specific names.
I'm just curious for those that used to work at AZ, why did you leave and what do you do now?
