Thank You for Joining the Collective Moon Blessing

Thank You for Joining the Collective Moon Blessing

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the Collective Moon Blessing Ritual last night. 🌙

There was something incredibly special about knowing that so many of us, in different places and in our own different ways, were taking time to focus our intentions together.

For me, the whole experience carried this overwhelming feeling of peace, empowerment, and oneness. It was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when we come together as a community and put our energy toward something we collectively care about.

I hope everyone who participated felt even a little bit of that same connection. Thank you for being part of it. 🤍

I’d love to hear how everyone else spent their time, too! If you feel comfortable sharing, tell us what you did, what you included, or even just how the experience felt for you in the comments.

And since I’m asking everyone else to share, I’ll go first! Here’s how I spent my time with the Moon last night: 🌙

————————————————————————-

I bought this “moon magic” tea cup a year ago, and it’s been sitting on my altar ever since. I’ve been waiting for the right time to use it, and this collective ceremony felt like it was made for this!

I lit a white candle and surrounded it in sea salt. In my moon magic cup, I poured rain water I collected, jasmine, lavender, lemon balm, rosemary, mugwort, sage, and more sea salt. I set out a quartz point on the tea cup saucer and I put my moonstone engagement ring on a mirror laying beside it.

I started by just meditating, and focusing my intention on blessing and thanking the moon. I reflected on all the moon has done for me personally, and cultures across the world. I finished with doing some tai chi, and at the end I was surprisingly called to repot some of my plants into bigger pots under the moon and bat song! I really just went with the flow.

At the end I felt totally at peace with myself, empowered knowing I was doing this with my sisters from all over, and a deep connection to the divine feminine.

Again, thank you to you all! This community really made this one of the most special workings I have ever done. I will hold last night close in my heart forever ❤️

TONIGHT: CALLING ALL WITCHES! Collective Moon Ritual

This is the FINAL reminder post for the Collective Moon Blessing Ritual TONIGHT!

Witches from all over will be stepping outside, lighting candles, pouring water, speaking blessings, making offerings, and turning their attention toward the same Moon together!!

There is something incredibly powerful about collective intention. None of us has to do anything elaborate or perfect. Whether your ritual is an entire altar or simply a candle, a cup of water, and a few quiet words…your piece becomes part of something much larger when we do it as one!!

If you feel called to, please share your preparations in the comments or in a separate post! Your altar, your ingredients, the place you’ve chosen, the Moon above you, or anything else you’re bringing into tonight’s working!! And afterward, I would absolutely love for everyone to come back and share photos, experiences, synchronicities, or how the ritual felt for you. ❤️

Tonight we may be separated by distance, but we work beneath the same Moon, our divine feminine! 🌙

CALLING ALL WITCHES: Collective moon ritual after last night’s rocket hit

After last night’s lunar launch, I found myself wanting to make an offering to the Moon—not because I believe she is easily wounded, but because I believe she deserves honor and reverence. If anyone feels called, I’d love to help organize a simple collective ceremony that witches everywhere can perform from home!!

I helped admin the largest folklore dedicated community on Facebook (1.2 million members) and I’ve scoured our resources to find a collection of historical lunar correspondences, offerings, and ritual practices.

WHAT: a collective moon blessing ritual

An offering of gratitude, blessing, and reverence performed together by witches and practitioners around the world

————————————————————————

WHEN: Monday, August 17th 2026

Monday is dedicated to lunar work, and August 17th will be a waxing crescent which aligns with renewal, healing, blessings, and new beginnings

https://www.medievalastrologyguide.com/moon-magic

For those who work with planetary magic, performing the rite during one of Monday’s planetary hours of the Moon is encouraged. If not, simply perform the ritual after sunset or whenever the Moon is visible.

Asheville NC suburbs reminiscent of Bluey’s neighborhood

Spent the last week in an Airbnb in the suburb of Asheville North Carolina, and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why everything felt so nostalgic?

On our last day here I realized the suburbs and surrounding area reminded me of Paddington, the district in Brisbane where Bluey lives.

So if you’re looking for a Bluey-esque town without having to travel to Australia, Asheville might do the trick for you.
