Black Guard Desolation marine

A friend gave me a box of Desolation marines a while ago and found a video on YouTube from EonsOfBattle.

Blood Angel Successor

Was perusing the wikis for chapters to add to my deathwatch and found the Blood Wings didn’t have a listed emblem.

Created in the Ultima Founding, a group of Blood Angels Greyshields were named the Blood Wings to honor the legacy of the destroyed chapter. They are currently involved in a defensive campaign against a Leviathan splinter Hive fleet codenamed: Jabberwocky.

Kitbashed chapter

Wanted to use the Ultramarine shoulder pad in the deathwatch kill team but already had one in my army so I kitbashed a new chapter.

The Laphisian Blades are an Ultramarine successor from the Ultima Founding made to harass and suppress Orks to prevent waaaghs.

Specific Armor Usage

Does your chapter put special meanings to specific pieces of older armor marks?

In my chapter, the Repentant Sons, the Apothecaries use white Corvus helmets and apprentice Chaplains wear black Reaver masks to mark their respective roles at a glance.
