[SimCity 4 Deluxe] Setup.exe refuses to recognize that CD 2 is mounted

I have mounted the two ISO's using acetone, ran the setup.exe, and then when I was prompted to "insert disk number 2". I opened winecfg for the exact prefix I'm running the setup.exe from and then added my mounted CD 2 as a drive and set it to "CD-ROM".

All of this and my setup still refuses to believe that CD 2 is mounted, what should I do?

How do I install Simcity 4 Deluxe (CD version) on my Linux Ubuntu? I tried so hard but to no avail
