I’m trying to get atleast 60 FPS (w/ great quality) or 100-120 FPS (at the cost of quality) Frame Gen isn’t preferred, but if it helps in this case I’ll use it.
I’ve been looking to finally sail the seas as many have suggested over the years. However I’m honestly scarred by when I was 12 and sites were a lot sketchier. Safe to say a few cracked games off of Mega and my old laptop was ridded with more viruses than I’d like to admit.
Now I got a much pricier rig, and a lot of space to install games. I know fitgirl seems to be a big place in this space for getting games, but aren’t those capable of being loaded with malware?
Appreciate any insight on this all! As an outsider looking in it is a pretty intimidating lens.
To start, I (M, 22) am apart of a yearly trip that me, my friend group, and our significant others go on for a music festival around 11-12 hours away from us. If you asked the group, I would be the catalyst of these trips ever happening as I was the one to first bring attention to the festival, suggest the idea, and push for it to eventually happen. Everybody always has a good time and we see it as a great trip out to enjoy music and hang with the people we’re close with.
This year the group has already increased in size which has caused some commotion regarding ride situations as well as airb&b/hotels. However after a week of discussion we managed to figure it all out pretty nicely.
Then comes today, where our one friend (we’ll call him Lee) asks about bringing a gym buddy of his along, as he would cover his expenses and he apparently knew me and another friend of mine (who we’ll call Trevor)
We both were curious as to who it could be since me and Trevor didn’t think we knew anybody Lee knows. Turns out Lee is friends with a guy we’re gonna call Jack. Jack tells Lee that he’s cool with Trevor and me, which gets Lee excited about the idea of bringing another friend along.
Now if you asked me, Jack and I have bad history and I am not fond of him as a person. The reason? Jack and four other dudes spent 3 of my 4 years of highschool bullying me near daily. While Jack was probably one of the least to negatively affect me, he still played a part in completely shattering my self perception, confidence, social ability, and will to do anything.
The only reason Jack and his group finally ever bugged off, was because I got to a point of depression where I was extremely suicidal and did not care about anything around me. However they stopped because they took my lack of reaction as the idea I was going to harm them, going as far as to ask me if I was going to right to my face one day. All that felt like was rubbing salt on an open wound since they were so self absorbed to not see that YEARS of daily torment would lead to someone wanting to you know, not stick around any longer.
So as you can expect, I did not take that news well and firmly slammed my opinion down that I do not like Jack, do not intend on letting bygones be bygones, and would not want him to be apart of this group trip.
AIO? Am I rightfully allowed to hold a grudge to somebody I have not seen for 4-5 years now? Trevor thinks I am overreacting, while some others in the group do not.
Looking to try and find one for a group activity, any insight is appreciated

Looking to play and mod Cyberpunk on PC, want to do it right. I know the 35l is powerful enough to run the game at Ultra on base, but can it handle something like ray tracing on ultra? path tracing? or no?

Hey, I’ve been aspiring to form a metal band over the last few months and have been working hard at practicing and improving upon my vocals. I’m extremely proud of the progress I’ve made as months ago I could barely get a sound out, and now I’m a lot more confident in my work and even record stuff in my free time.
However I still feel like there is a lot for me to learn/improve upon, and I believe a vocal coach who knows how to do high vocal frying and low screams/growls would be very beneficial. Anybody know of any suggestions? Thanks in advance
I saw people online talk about how there could be numerous reasons for the cause such as stress, sickness, pain, etc.
Today they did go through stress together as we’re currently in the midst of selling the house and people came through for 15 minutes so they did sit outside with me in the car. (In their carriers)
However the one cat is highly afraid of even being in the car let alone his carrier. So he was meowing for a lot of it even with me next to him, petting him and softly talking to him the entire time.
After we got back, his brother cat, who seemed unfazed the whole time, has been really aggressive towards him and he keeps fighting him. Usually this cat is the one who starts play fights, but knows when to back down because he’s gotten his butt whooped by the other for pushing his buttons.
Am I right to assume that they’re reacting out of stress? Or is the brother cat trying to assert/challenge for dominance?
