Just wanted to thank all the creators involved. I pulled the trigger on an AM6B+ about a year, year and a half ago. My wife is finally using it without me, which means Netflix might finally go away! Next step after that.... no more D+!

POV is my go-to for list management with TMDB and Trakt. It's been running well. I still encounter some weird issues requiring reboots, but the price is worth the mildest inconveniences!

Had Claude tackle 3 successive crash logs. It noticed: **I can't upload the crash log - I only have access to my android phone to upload, but I can't do it on paste.kodi.tv.

Claude suggests that this all means - This is the H.264/HEVC bitstream converter that repackages the video stream into Annex‑B format for the hardware (Amlogic) decoder. It was copying data into a buffer when it walked off into invalid memory and crashed the whole process.

I don't know anything. This crash happened running two different sources found through POV and TorBox. What should I do next to diagnose this? I've never logged this problem before, but I usually ignore a quick restart.

CoreELEC 21.3-Omega (build avdvplus_20260301215242), with Kodi 21.3.0 on a UGOOS AM6B (Amlogic S922X).

This is more of a generalized debrid-service question, but does the original source matter?

Example: last night I wanted to watch For All Mankind S02E10. POV scraped up a helping of results from Comet, Torrentio, TPB, a half-dozen others. This episode (sourced from Torrentio) streamed until about 55% complete and froze. I opened it again - froze again. Hmm, I switched CDNs and same issue. Rescraped and selected a different source (Comet), which played until about a minute later and froze. I tried again tonight, had a couple of those same sources freeze in the same spot. I finally picked a file originally from, I think, pirate Bay. Finally, finished the whole episode.

1. weird behavior I can't explain. Each source had a different release group's tags, file sizes, DoVi vs HDR and audio tracks, etc. All different, but many behaved the same way. What could cause this? I'm running a Ugoos AM6B+ with AVDVPlus R[9?] - can't recall the revision, currently.

2. back to original question, but should "Comet" or "Torrentio" or anything matter after the file is cached to TB? Once cached, seed/leeches doesn't matter, so it's just up to TB to serve the file to me, correct?

Just trying to better understand the service and it's backend so I can do better informed troubleshooting.

I've been enjoying some shows like Black Sails and For All Mankind, which often support Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD MA tracks. I didn't see an option in addons (POV and FLAM) or scrapers (Cocoscraper and Magneto) to prioritize the best audio (Qual -> size-> best audio)

Seeing a flag from the name as "Dolby Atmos" often results in a DD+ track - I've only got 5.1, so I want the best bed layer track I can get! I know it's going to have to come from a disc remux source for this audio quality, so it's going to be somewhat limited. I am using TB Essentials.

I'm embarrassed to ask for this help, but I need help creating a Hallmark Channel for my wife in widget in Arctic Fuse 3 skin.

Background: running CoreELEC AVDVPlus build on AM6B+. Torbox, Trakt, and TMDb API keys are all correctly entered/authorized. I've got POV configured as the default movie/episode player in TMDbHelper.

Part 1: So far, the best path I've found is using TMDb Helper -> Movies -> Providers -> Hallmark+ Apple TV Channel or Hallmark+ Amazon Channel

I created a widget for both "channels." I think those look the same on first inspection.

Part 2: Once I've got the widget, I see posters pop up. If she clicks one, I get "Choose Action" dialog, so she selects POV (plugin.video.pov), then a second "Choose Action" dialog to Search POV.

Then it just opens POV into the POV Movies view (Trending/Trending Recent/Most Watched, etc). I'm missing something in my settings to get something scraped and playing for her. She might let me finally cancel YouTube TV if i can get this working!

Part 3: Can I set the TMDbH widget to display the movie posters in order by most-recent-first? That way, she can do less clicking to watch "last night's mystery movie."

A million thanks if you folks can help me iron this one out. I'm so tired of YTTV's shitty picture quality!

Edit: If there is a better path to take to accomplish this goal, I'm all ears!

After the recent mixup with Anonymouse/etc, I added my own Trakt Secret and Client keys into Meta Accounts. I Re-authorized my account, cleared all cache, and restarted CoreELEC; however, I'm not seeing what had been properly tracked before changing API keys. This seems like screwy behavior, since I've reauthorized my account. I've probably missed a simple step, so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, friends!
