I am a total cheap ass and decided that I didn’t want to pay $100 for leather seat belt straps… so I bought some material and made my own 😂. I’ve been running them for over two months now and they have not let me down! No they’re not the prettiest, and no they don’t have matching deviated stitching… but they get the job done! I know I’ll get flamed for this, but bring on the hate 😂
I know there are a few examples of canards out there but nothing quite like a double stack that’s both contoured to the vent and large enough to actually channel air.
I was talking to security and they told me people tried to break the door down so they canceled the event and closed the store for the rest of the day. Apparently only 22 watches were available. Savages out here!
If you look at some of the recent BaT and CaB auctions and listings on CarGurus, it seems like they’re all selling above $100k whereas 6-12 months ago these were probably trading in the high 80’s and low 90’s.
I always thought their rarity and analog feel would be appreciated someday, but this seems to have rapidly accelerated…
