I qualify for a Pell grant that’s supposed to be applied before my loans but just yesterday I checked & it never came up? I saw my loans covered almost everything of mine so I got nothing refunded to me. I use those refunds to make payments on my loans & purchase books for the semester.
Idk how or why this happened but I am livid. This is FAR from the first time ASU has royally fucked up my finances & it takes literal months to fix…
I already emailed the financial aid office but what else can I do? Has anyone else had this happen?

Super random but my name is by also Chapin (pronounced the same way). I’m only on S1E5 so plz don’t spoil; I just think it’s sooo cool to hear my name on a tv show! Especially w how rare it is..🥹🥰
