I made a mistake

I bought essential game pass for my new series s but I just realised I can’t play certain games on my pc with essential I should have bought ultimate.. what do I do? I tried to upgrade my pass but I still have to pay full price I assumed I would get a discount but I see none

Do I need 32GB for the beast?

Im reaching 80-90% memory usage for this game and I’m wondering if that’s why my fps and performance keeps suffering.. I’ll post my specs in the picture

It’s kinda bizarre that the beast eats up so much memory and cpu, I really want to play this game but I can’t because my performance is really bad is it worth upgrading ram I only have 16Gb

Should I pull the trigger?

Found this my budget is really small 300-350 I just want a budget casual machine to play smaller indie games and old triple a games like doom eternal battlefield titanfall 2 etc and I want to also stream it on obs would this be a good choice

Is this good for gaming? UK £600

I want to play old triple a games like the evil within battlefield 2 titanfall 2 etc

But I also want to maybe play doom dark ages the new James Bond Indians jones etc I don’t mind playing on low settings I just wanna know if 2070 rtx is doable with 8GB VRAM for those games

Also would this laptop be good for gaming and streaming for a single setup

Losing 30-40 fps with OBS open (not even recording or streaming) what is going on is my laptop dying?

https://obsproject.com/logs/X5ovE9wwfB4BDMS7

This is something I’ve just now noticed I decided to play a demanding game for once instead old games that I usually play which is dying light the beast and I finally found some in game settings to get good frames so I’m getting 90-100fps without OBS open but as soon as I open OBS even as admin my performance tanks and I lose 40% performance absolutely ridiculous I’m using a single gaming laptop for both streaming and gaming
My specs

AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics
Parsec Virtual Display Adapter
AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics
AMD Radeon RX 6800M

Is 120fps worth it in obs studio?

Is setting the fps to 120fps in the obs resolution settings worth it? I’ve seen a couple streams with it on and there streams look super crispy

Are power banks good for laptops?

I wanna start gaming in my back shed because I’m tired of dealing with noise complaints inside my main house when I’m gaming and talking to my friends on the mic I can be a bit loud but not that loud enough to get noise complaints the problem is theres no power sockets in the shed so I was considering this

Has anyone ever used these things before do they work well?
