Happens in the middle of the episode when Batman and Robin enter the Haunted House and get trapped, the Gang enters the Haunted House then Joker and Penguin separate Shaggy and Scooby from Daphne, Fred and Velma. The exact cut is after Joker says “And I’ll bombard those bumpkins with abominable apparitions. Gristly gargoyles, ghastly ghouls, floating objects, bubbling pools, wailing witches, vanishing doors, hideous rooms with moving floors” and the cut takes place before the “Fish Creature” pops out at Velma, Daphne and Fred.

#2 (Toy Warehouse Scene)
Happens towards the end of the episode after the shenanigans with the flipping house. They all meet back up under the house, they then all see the “Hooded man” and chase him. The exact cut is after Batman says “Robin, you stay here with them while I check this out.” He then enters the Warehouse and says “He’s up here somewhere. ‘Come on, I’ll give you a hand” Before pulling Daphne up. The missing scene is before we cut back to Batman where he says “Okay. Come on Follow me”

#1 (Fred,Daphne and Velma Split up Scene)
Takes place after the Gang goes back to the Mystery Machine that got stuck earlier in the episode, only for them see that it’s been unstuck and pointed towards the exit. They then go back to where Scooby saw “The Ghost” when he triggered the trap for Sandy earlier in the episode. “The Ghost” triggers the trapdoor, Scooby and Shaggy then fall into a tunnel. Velma tells them to “See where it leads to.” Then after some dialogue Fred says “Shag, you keep yellin’. Maybe that way we can follow you and meet you.” The exact cut is after Shaggy tricks Scooby and makes him go first, then Scooby realizes he’s been tricked, the cut is right before we cut back to Scooby and Shaggy in their tunnel right before Shaggy and Scooby find the hatch that brings them in the desert.

We’ll never find that Haunted Horsemen in time.”

Cut was made after Fred,Velma,Daphne,Shaggy,Scooby and Davy figure out what tracks of the Moat Monsters are the right ones and follow them. The cut is after Fred says “Come on gang, let’s see where it leads.” and before we cut back to them when Fred says “That’s that weirdest thing. The footprints end right here.”

Hi, as some of you may know "The New Scooby Doo Movies" 1972 has missing scenes that were cut after the first airing of each episode on CBS for more ad space. After Scooby Doo left CBS the missing scenes were aired during the 80s in two day syndication (Meaning they split the 43 minute episode into 2 days, most stations aired them on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) the missing scenes were then shown on USA Cartoon Express from 1990-1992 (We are starting to think that the missing scenes never aired on USA Cartoon Express, but we still wanna check) however after 1992 they were never seen again on stations, dvd or streaming. If anyone has "The New Scooby Doo Movies" 1972 recorded from the time periods names above please let us know.

Hi, me and a few buddies have been trying to find the Lost Media missing scenes to “The New Scooby Doo Movies” 1972 that were cut after the first airing on CBS for more ad space. After Scooby Doo left CBS the missing scenes were aired during the 80s in two day syndication (Meaning they split the episodes into 2 days, most stations aired them on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) then shown on USA Cartoon Express from 1990-1992 (We are starting to think that the missing scenes never aired on USA Cartoon Express, but we still wanna check) however after 1992 they were never seen again on stations, dvd or streaming. This storyboard proves that there are missing scenes that were cut from “Sandy Duncan’s Jekkyl and Hyde” on the bottom left is the “Disappearing Phantom” (He gets mentioned twice in the episode) the all black counterpart to the “Ghost” seen at the beginning of the episode. The missing scene with the “Disappearing Phantom” takes place after Scooby and Shaggy are in the tunnel and Shaggy tells Scooby “Okay, how about I go first after you?” and Scooby starts walking down the tunnel then realizes that he’s been tricked by Shaggy. There is a missing scene before we cut back to Scooby and Shaggy in the tunnel, it can be presumed that the scene missing is Shaggy and Scooby yelling so Fred, Daphne and Velma can follow them to see where the tunnel leads like Fred asked them to do a few minutes earlier. as this is happening the “Disappearing Phantom” shows up and lures Fred, Velma and Daphne away, he then somehow separates Velma from Fred and Daphne, which is why later in the episode Velma is separated from Fred and Daphne. On the bottom right is the story board to the infamous “King Kong” scene. The scene takes place after they hop on the boat then a few seconds later Velma says “First a Ghost, then a Disappearing Phantom. I Hope Shaggy and Scooby are still safe in their tunnel.” It can be presumed based off the intro, storyboard and dialogue that the missing scene is “King Kong” chasing after Scooby and Shaggy while they are on a buggy in New York. If anyone has any 1980s Scooby Doo off air VHS tapes Please let me know

The haunted horsemen of Hagglethorn Hall's missing scenes have been found.These scenes were cut after the first airing of the episode for more ad space and since then have only ever been aired on Fox Affiliate broadcasts stations in 2 day syndication (Meaning they would split the episode in half and air both halves on Tuesday and Wednesdays). S1EP3 Wednesday is Missing

(a mummy is mentioned by both Shaggy and Daphne, and even the bad guy at the end, yet we never see one) (it was probably in between when Fred and Daphne fall through a trapdoor and the gang suddenly without explanation, are reunited, so it was probably a Shaggy, Scooby and Velma scene)

S1EP6 A Good Medium is Rare

( there were two possible scenes,1) after the seance, a ghost flies by a torch, the only source of light, making the seance chamber go black, and the scene cuts out with everyone yelling each other's names, then we cut to a scene with everyone running through a well lit hallway, with no explanation as to how did they get out of a dark underground room.

2. after Alberto locks every door in the Magic Mansion, the gang pull on a doorknob, than it breaks and they all pile up, after that, we cut to a scene with everyone being backstage debating how to get out of the mansion, so, how did they get out of a locked room? So it was probably a scene between those.

1. After Shaggy and Scooby fall into a tunnel, Fred yells at them to keep talking so they could know their location, after that we cut to a scene with Shaggy and Scooby getting to Egypt, after Egypt, we cut to Fred and Daphne being in Shanghai and Velma being in Philadelphiya, and they do appear like they don't know each other's whereabouts, the last time we saw them they were together, in the London set, with no explanation as to how did they get separated

2. There is also the infamous King Kong scene

(three possible scene locations, 1) after Scooby gets lifted in the air by a net, Shaggy tells him "I told you to keep in touch" then we cut to a scene with both of them walking and Shaggy tells him "Come on now, and keep in touch" which is weird and repetitive, the transition is kinda weird, and again, two scenes with the same characters, which makes me think that there is a Fred, Daphne and Velma scene in between

2. After Scooby jumps on Shaggy and licks him, we cut to a scene Fred and Daphne talking about how they didn't find anything, we just saw them split from the others, telling them that they would check backstage, this is very unlikely but maybe there was a scene in between showing them checking backstage, again very unlikely

3. After Shaggy and Scooby notice that the xylophone is missing, we cut to a scene with them bumping in that xylophone, there was definitely a scene in between, because they literally found the xylophone 10 seconds after they noticed its absence, we haven't seen Jerry Reed and Velma in a long time so probably it was a scene with them. now one theory made by one searcher Equal-Frosting states “I think i have figured out what the two scenes from the phantom of the country music hall contained based on dialogue, the first scene, between when Scooby gets lifted in the air and the tiger prop scenes, there might have been a Fred, Velma and Daphne scene, well earlier when they split up they say that they would check the balcony and the orchestra, we get a brief moment with them checking the balcony but we never see them check the orchestra, the second scene between when Shaggy notices the xylophone's absence and when they find it, Jerry Reed and Velma say that they will check the upstairs deck, but we never see them doing it, the next time we see them, they are downstairs walking on the stage” so maybe those are the scenes who knows
