Switched from Airtel Air Fiber 499→799 mid-cycle because data ran out and no top-up was available. Now wondering if I can switch back to 499. How much will be my bill?

I am not able to sleep properly. I stay awake till 4-5am and then wake up at 10am. I have been using sleeping pills before and overused it a lot. But i stopped everything since 3 months.
I am eating clean. Around 100gm protien and following PPL split.
I don't use phone or listen to music or use any electronics while sleeping. I just lay on my bed thinking about random things but don't fall asleep.
