I play on Quest 3 natively. I have a PC that’s pretty decent. Worth playing on PCVR over Standalone?

Just using Steam Link. I have Fiber Internet and get 1000 mbs up and down. Working great! Love the added terrain and shadows.
I only watch reels when I’m using the bathroom, or stuck waiting at the doctor’s office for my appointment.
If I’m home, I work on writing my novel, playing games, reading books, or catching up on TV Shows. I refuse to just sit and swipe/scroll for hours.
When it’s time to play with my daughter, the phone is on do not disturb with the ringer on out of arms reach. Only validated people can break through the DND.

Heyo! Lovely chat today on the podcast about biscuits and gravy!
What’s your favorite? What style, who is it made by?
Growing up in Michigan, I wasn’t really exposed to biscuits and gravy, until I met my wife.
Her grandparents lived in West Virginia, and when we first started dating, I was invited down to meet Nana, and PawPaw.
It was an amazing trip, but the best part was I learned about bacon gravy compared to sausage gravy. Her Nana would fry up 2 packs of Bacon, and then use the grease and flour to make the most amazing gravy. It was so flavorful, and had some special seasoning to give it some spice.
Healthy? No, but it’s soul food. Makes you feel happy eating it. Sadly her Nana & PawPaw passed recently, and the sacred recipe was passed down to us. It’s a treasure, and my wife is great at faithfully recreating the gravy when we want it.
Curious on if the rest of you here, like Gravy and Biscuits as much as I do!

Ashley and Burnie discussed today that a lot of people think being a Voice Actor, or YouTuber/Streamer is easy. When in reality it’s a tough job!
What do you think is an easy looking job, but is actually quite difficult?
I’m a welder-supervisor. Been welding a decade professionally. It’s a skill I sometimes take for granted because of how long I’ve done it. I train new hires at work, and am always reminded how difficult it is to learn, and get proficient at. I really enjoy teaching people how to weld.

Heyo! Discussed this week has been cool ass consoles! What’s your favorite limited/special edition?
I never owned one, but my buddy had the Halo Reach Xbox 360, and I loved the design of it. The controllers were especially cool. Reach was also the last Halo game I loved!
I always wanted the Gears of War 360, as that was my favorite game during that era.

Minecraft on the Morning Somewhere Community server!
World of Warcraft on the private server Nostrum. It’s Wrath of the Lich King, with level caps! Right now the server is capped at level 19, and goes up to 29 on June 5th. It’s fun because the PvP is wild, and the low level dungeons are full of players!!! I always loved WoW when it was during the Lich King expansion.
Hell Let Loose Vietnam Open Beta! I play HLL WWII with my dad who lives across the country. It’s our game we play to hangout and shoot the shit. Plus we both love it!
