Elevated AST/ALT

Hi guys,

I recently received my lab results: AST is 38 U/L, ALT is 68 U/L, and ALP is 44 U/L, Creatinine: 0.85 mg/dl, , Albumin: 4.1 g/dl, total bilirubin: 0.7 mg/dl Should I be concerned? For context, I exercise five times a week: I do 50 minutes of strength training and a one-hour walk daily, plus 35 minutes on the stairmaster three times a week. I'm anxious that this might indicate a serious issue. Thank you!

Female: 117 lbs 5’2”

FYI: I did talk to my doctor, but according to them excercise is not cause for these elevated levels

Hiking Preikestolen in October

Hello

I’m planning to hike Preikestolen beginning of October and this will be my first time visiting Norway. Is this a risky hike during the month of October?

Thank you

First Trip to Norway (mid October) Lofoten or Southwest

Planning my first trip to Norway for October. I really enjoy scenic drives, hikes and small towns, not particularly interested in exploring cities or the local food scene.

what are the chances that it will be quite gloomy during my hikes, to the point where I won't be able to see anything? I'm an early riser, so starting early is not an issue for me. Would be fun seeing Kvalvika beach too.

Planning for 4 nights. What do you all suggest?

Thank you!

TAP Air Portugal (Direct flight from SFO to Lisbon)

Hi,

Has anyone flown TAP directly from SFO to Lisbon? What are your experiences with delays or lost luggage? Also, why does it say 'JetBlue' next to the flight when booking? Is it actually operated by JetBlue? The aircraft listed is an Airbus A330-900neo. Please share your experiences, both good and bad. Thank you!

International Travel on TN status

Hi Everyone,

Canadian here and I’m planning a trip to Europe this summer and want to ask about your experiences re-entering the US on TN status. Additionally, do you advise getting a NEXUS card before I travel internationally? I am a bit worried about the re-entry process, also I will be re entering through SFO. If you have travelled recently please share your experience.

Thank you!

Did any else get this email?

Hi Everyone,

Did anyone else receive this email after returning their old driver's license? I already received my new Real ID back in March, which matches my visa expiry date. I’m worried they might have lost my old license and will suspend my current one.

Update: email is real (not a scam), I have called DMV. And I did respond to the email provided in the email.

Thank you!
