My KAK is to tight
Just received my Down Vent smooth railed BCG from KAK in the mail. The bcg is just awkwardly tight in the receiver.
It just feels very tight and almost hard to pull back my charging handle. I previously had a BCM BCG in this same build before and it was smooth as can be.
The Round count on it is zero, does it need to be broken in ? Does the KAK just have tighter tolerances ?

Replacement rotor caps
I was dialing in my Holosun HE515GM and lost one of the windage and elevation cover caps. Is there anywhere that I can get a replacement set ? I see them listed online but they don’t say that they’ll fit the he515GM. Any help is appreciated.

What do people do with their “bottom tier” parts after upgrades ?
I’m sure I’m not the only one that has 6 Magpul MOE stocks and grips just sitting around his house taking up space… Its a bin full of lower tier triggers and furniture and just random parts that I’ll never have a use for and won’t ever use on a build. Idk I just feel bad throwing them away.

Ultra pouches
I know this is a zyn reddit page but has anyone tried ultra pouches to quit ? I feel like I’m having worse side effects from the ultra pouches than I was the zyns (I’m not going back to the zyns). But I just feel so foggy headed and my heart won’t stop racing, I’m tried to excercise but it feels like I’m gonna pass out every time I exercise. It it just from stopping zyn cold turkey or is it possibly from the nootropic pouches ? Has anyone had this same experience ?

How bad off am I
Just received my blood work back, how bad off am I? The week before I took this test I quit drinking all soft drinks/ soda and quit nicotine(zyn) and started to clean up my diet and excercise 5 times a week. I don’t drink alcohol.
How long will it take me to get back into normal range after making these changes? Is it going to take years ? Or a year ?
Is there anything else I should do ?
I’m 6 foot and 200 pounds and 23y old male.

Derealization
I’ve been having real bad derealization anxiety and lightheadedness after quitting zyn, been a nicotine user for years and I’m zyn for 1.5 years. I quit 28 days ago.
The only real Issues I’ve been having is a derealization anxiety while in public, I feel like my head just has nothing in it and I can pass out at any moment.
Is this something I should tell my doctor/ seek medical attention about ? Or is it just a waiting game ? And how long does it usually last.
(I was using 6mg citrus zyns, half a can a day)

Pain and discomfort
After quitting ZYN cold turkey I’m having lot of pain and discomfort in my lungs/upper chest area. I’m also spitting up a lot of phlegm and have a lot of excess air almost like gerd burping. Is this normal ? Should I go to the doctor again? Last time I went they did a chest x ray and “everything looks normal”.
If it is normal how long does it usually last ?

507k problems
Bought a 507k a couple months ago, and the emmiter went out. Luckily it was within optic planets 30 day return policy so I returned it and just purchased another one. Now after a receiving and mounting the new 507k the shake awake has just intermittently stopped working…. Am I just unlucky or am I doing something wrong ?

Little back story, started having really bad anxiety and panic attacks especially while driving and eating at restaurants. I started taking buspar 6 weeks ago to manage the anxiety and panic attacks. At this point I think if anything the buspar has made things worse.
I’ve been reading on here where zyn can make things worse and even be the root of the problem? How long before I’ll notice a difference in my panic attacks ? I haven’t left the house in over 3 weeks other than for work. Any advice helps

It finally bothered me enough to drop the extra money on it to have a complete matching fde upper and lower. Is it a waste of $500+ ? Yes but it’ll make me feel better… before you ask yes yellow crayons taste like lemons to me.
