Hello!! i am a incoming freshman and not international student however i was born out of the country, so as per the ut dallas student health center website, i still need the tb screening. for some reason i do not have a hold on my side and there is less than a week until classes start. should I call the student health center to ask? or what is recommended?
OK SO I went to orientation today and im screwed. I have math 2417 which is calculus 1 with Neha makhjiani I believe at 8:30am, however I found out today i dont need that course for my major (computer science). So, I was told to take math 2413 but there is two professors and on utd trends they aren't too great. The professors r Hui ding and runzhiu liu. All classes r at 8am... what do yall recommend. (I also am fine with diff calc content I did fine first semester of calc bc)
Also what about mech e majors like do they take 2417 or 2413? What's recommended? (For a friend)
i used to have fine 2c-3a curls/waves and the shea moisture products (milk gel and curl cream) worked WONDERS. but as it grew longer curls became less defined and i stopped caring for it much for weeks. And then my wave patter came back but I FRIED it with a straightener/curler no heat protectant. So i need products to build my hair back up bc the waves either turn out decent/good or TERRIBLE.
Okay so i got my nose pierced and the guy lowkey did it with a piercing gun and im not sure but I think an earring stud? I don't know for sure but the stud has a butterfly back so I was a bit confused, he said i dont need any solution and to use rice water if i want. He also told me to buy a gold or some sort of stud and he will change the one I have in 5 days with the new one. I also asked some friends and they didnt really use any solution for piercing bumps so im not really sure. I also went to a pharmacy and asked and they gave me a mupirocin ointment to use as aftercare but I don't want to use it as its an antibiotic.
i'll be going to utd next year for cs and i really really like the ut informatics program. i dont know how true it is but ive heard its less competitive to external transfer into ut informatics than ut mis or cs and i like the pipeline + ut austin resources so i was considering this. and how does the transfer process work, do they check sat or any hs related stuff or is it everything from first year and i wasn't able to find coursework i need to transfer either. if any one you know details or have done a ut external transfer i would love advice!
