Issues with Refund

Has anyone had an issue like this with a Sézane return?

I placed an order for around £1,000 and returned most of it using Sézane’s own return label. I have video evidence of the items being packed, the box being sealed and labelled, proof of postage, and tracking showing the parcel was delivered. Sézane also confirmed they received the return.

After weeks of chasing, sending evidence and even completing a handwritten sworn statement, they’re now saying their workshop didn’t receive the return and are refusing the refund. Despite me fulfilling my obligations as a customer. The Royal Mail tracking shows it was delivered to them and I have an email from Sézane on the same day confirming receipt of this. Even if the workshop has lost it, I’ve done my part, so surely they must honour the refund as the issue is with their workshop and not me.

I’ve now disputed it with my credit card provider.

Has anyone else had this happen with Sézane? If so, what was the outcome?

Vinted phishing scam warning – looks convincing but it’s fake

Just wanted to warn others about a phishing scam I received tonight claiming my Vinted account had been banned.

I received an email titled “Account banned” which looked fairly convincing at first glance. The email contained a link to “verify” my account.

A few red flags I noticed:

• The sender email was not from Vinted
• The link took me to a completely unrelated website: order.form55921.shop
• The page claimed my account was suspended and demanded I verify my bank card within 24 hours
• It asked for full bank card details to reactivate my account

Thankfully I stopped before entering anything.

If you receive a similar email:

❌ Don’t enter your card details
❌ Don’t enter passwords or verification codes
❌ Don’t trust links in the email

✅ Open the Vinted app directly and check your account there instead

I’ve attached screenshots so people can see exactly what this scam looks like.

Stay safe everyone. Hopefully this helps someone avoid having their card details stolen.

Archives Advice

Evening all, quick question how do you know what will be in the archives? I’ve seen lots of responses around you only see what’s in your wish list or prepare your wish list in advance, but how do you add it if you don’t know 😂 sorry if it’s a daft question, I’m quite new to the archives so not really sure how it works other than knowing that pieces sell out very fast!
