My “Master warning light” came on

My 2021 Toyota Camry SE 130,000 I went on an hour road trip as soon as I got home the master warning light came on. It says “engine maintenance required”. I checked the coolant bypass valve on top and then the transmission one I didn’t see anything leaking. My next move is to get a OBD2 at my local auto store which one would be able to find this code and cheapest one?

My master warning light came on

My 2021 Toyota Camry se I went on an hour road trip as soon as I got home the master warning light came on. It says “engine maintenance required”. I checked the heater coolant bypass valve and then the transmission one I didn’t see anything leaking. My next move is to get a computer at my local auto store I was looking at this one “Innova FixAssist Code Reader 3020RS”. Will this ODB2 be able to read this code?

Is this a bad sign

I just changed the spark plugs on my 2021 Camry se and it looks like it has oil or something on the first two spark plugs but not really anything in the last two?

Driver side quarter panel

What is the best way to fix an ugly dent like this can I do it on my own or should I take it to a shop?

Changed coolant

I just drained and filled the coolant in my 2021 Toyota Camry se and was bleeding the system of air. I took off the EGR coolant hose when filling and waited till it came out of that hose. when I saw the fan kick on I left it running at 2000 rpm’s but the fan didn’t turn off after 20 minutes and I don’t see anymore air coming out of the radiator I saw a video explaining to let the fan cycle two times. So I turned the car off and put the radiator cap back on and topped the reservoir off and plan to try again in a couple of hours. I do live in Arizona where it is currently 92 degrees outside. I was wondering if all the air is bled out or do try again in a couple hours.

I want to do a “drain and fill” to my transmission but I’m not sure if it’s been done before by the original owner. The car currently sits at 128,000 miles. I’m not sure if that’s too far into it to just stay away from it or if I’d be safe with the “drain and fill” vs a flush.
