Asking for help- How do i schedule my weightlifting with my MMA.

I don’t specifically do MMA, I wrestle 3x a week and Muay thai 3x a week at 2 different gyms.
I’ve been trying to lift 5 days a week but mostly I end up doing 4 Days of weight lifting. And this is what it currently looks like

Sunday-
Weighted Pull throughs KB
Squat
Single Leg RDL
Front-loaded Split squat (ATG)
Skullcruhers
Hanging Leg raises
Neck training

Monday-
Pull ups
Bench Press
Barbell row
Bicep EZ bar curl
Hammer curl
Landmine Rotations
Wrist curl

Wednesday-
OHP
Bulgarian split squat
RDL/ Deadlift (I rotate every week)
Lateral raises
Reverse fly
Cable crunch
Neck training

Friday-
Power Clean
Front Squat
Pull ups
Meadows row
Inclince curl
Wrist curl
Landmine Rotations
Reverse squat

Saturday-
Bench Press
Zercher carry
Cable crossover
Trap bar jumps
Suitcase carries
Tibia raises
Plate hold
Plate flips

I mainly do 4 of these each weeek

I do Wrestling on- Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
Muay Thai- Tuesday/Wednesday/ Saturday

Am i feeling too sore? Not really
I do Plyometrics just add them here and there in my weight workouts.
But idk how else should I plan it.
What do u guys i mean who are trying to compete in their respective sports do? How do u train? I feel like 5 days in the weight room is getting too much for me. As i have to work as well. And Study 2 days week. I’m trying to do the best i can

New Giulia Veloce 2023 Maintenance tips

Just bought a new 2023 Giulia Veloce and you guys have been absolutely fantastic I have looked through some threads and the Owners Group forums on Alfa Romeo sites. This is the what i have come up with from all the information that i have collected for maintenance and keep the car going for as long as possible atleast 5 Years with hopefully no major issues since I drives 120kms a day. Assuming I am doing the same for next 5 years the car would have approximately 250,000KM on it.

Service every 10k
At every 80k- 100k (180k-200k, 280k-300k) —-

  1. Timing Belt
  2. Transmission oil
  3. Diff oil
  4. Spark Plugs
  5. Cabin filter
  6. Air filter
    7.Battery

Last 3 are mainly if needed.
I am planning to change the Plastic bleeder screws as soon as i receive the car. I have heard the battery gets a lt of issues, Hopefully I won’t be needing to change it atleast for a while.

Bought My first Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce

I bought a Dealer Demo used 2023 Giulia Veloce. Haven’t been delivered yet. I need any and all suggestions to keep the car reliable and maintained. I have heard to get the Bleeder screws on coolant changed as they are PLASTIC. And a Major service at 70k kms.
Regular oil changed every 10k kms.
What other things should i be doing. And I drive atleast 120kms every day.

Information on Giulia Veloce

I have been looking to buy a Performance Luxury car, recently found the Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce and Have been obsessed with it, Although I can’t find anything after 2019 for under $50k AUD which has around less than 80k on the Odometer and good kept maintenance, Zagame Dealership services. I do drive a lot- Like 10k almost every 3 months , And have been looking to buy Giulia Veloce, What’s the experiences of previous owners? And any other cars you would recommend? I love that a lot mechanics are telling ne that this is a relatively more reliable luxury than it’s German Rivals.

Thinking to buy Boost Juice Franchise

Hi everyone,
I’ve been thinking to invest and buy a business for a while, I have thought about Laundromats and Boost juice, I have a business partner that has let me think about Boost juice since the investment is a bit more than just laundromats, Any ideas? And tips? I have looked up on Boost’s webstie thwir requirements and stuff, any Actual Boost franchise owner here? Like how’s the terms and conditions? Is it a good franchise to own and as lot of the Owners have been known to exploit their franchisee’s like Jim’s Mowing. Any legit suggestions would be appreciated,
Thankz,
I would also appreciate if you could suggest other businesses, thanks

Any legit financial advice and Financial breakdown would be appreciated too- as in. Running expenses and any owner’a currwnt reveneues and expenses if possible to share.
