Did anyone here take antidepressants during IVF and how did you feel about it? What changed for you after taking them?
I'm just so lost. I can't sleep well. I feel like I'm loosing every feeling of purpose and joy in my life. Is that a reason to take them? Idk what to do. What bothers me the most is the sleeplessness. If I slept well I can manage somehow, but if I didn't sleep it's hell.
I'm really scared of antidepressants, I imagine they will make me sleep all day long or I will get addicted to them, lol.
Will be happy to hear your story if you want to share or if you have some advice.
I was always a freelancer, but in today's economy I'm in need for a 9-5 job. Even if I have 7 years experience, I think I will have huge imposter syndrome when I start somewhere, as I never worked for someone.

I lost every feeling of direction and purpose in my life. I feel like I need a career change, but what career? I feel like I need to change the city, maybe country, and many times I feel like my relationship is also not going to end well.
Some days I want to pack my bags and get a one way ticket to another continent. Maybe go to Matchu Picchu and wait to receive some divine wisdom. Delulu, I know! Or is that the so called midlife crisis?

Sometimes I feel a huge Romo - relief of missing out (due to my anxiety) but at the same time I have the FOMO and I wonder what it would have been? Like part of me really wants to go somewhere, but when the opportunity comes, I'm like nah let's better cancel this.
This can happen for many situations like going to a party, or even a job interview.
I think I need to follow the FOMO feels and forget the relief if I want to succeed in life, lol. Anyone else?
I'm sitting here crying, after reading in a BOOK that the character got pregnant by mistake. Not even a real person. Why am I like that? This should not matter at all.
