first time pregnant already by surprise … then we get this surprise 😅 our obgyn seems to think they may be identical too. any tips for what to expect would be soo so appreciated. we have no idea what we’re doing!
Haven’t told anyone yet- but first ever pregnant and currently 6 weeks and my first appointment isn’t until Monday August 17th, which will put me at 9 weeks. The weekend before my appointment will be a large family gathering and I’m thinking of telling my brother and SIL then. I trust them both a lot. I don’t want my parents to know yet because I know they’ll be overwhelming and overbearing immediately and stress me out lol. And also, my mom has a big mouth so I know she’d tell everyone.
Does anyone have any experiences telling people then having it be kept a secret to the rest of their family until your ready? I’m thinking I’d tell everyone at the end of 1st trimester just to be safe.

i’ve been at the same job for 5 years, the last 2 years i have felt unmotivated and i’m doing bare minimum at work. i live in a medium sized city in the upper midwest and bought a house two years ago, but i crave more. i went out of the country to Spain last year with my husband for a week and we both agreed it was the most alive and happy we felt in a very, very long time.
