Why are these so expensive?

Is it because of the site im looking at (Farfetch)? They seem to be the normal wedges but in white. I cant seem to find the white anywhere else.

Random cat somehow got into my house and pissed on my laptop

My laptop smells like piss. My desk doesn’t have a finnish. There is now a piss stain on my desk. Anyone know how to remove piss off of wood?

I don’t blame the random cat for pissing in my house. I blame it for deciding to piss on my desk and on my expensive laptop.

And I just came off of work too😭

Salt Air- The library of fragrance

Very chemical-y… Funny packaging. Does smell like salt air if it was made in the lab (which it was). Also it’s super oily and hard to absorb into the skin. My skin is still oily even after 10 minutes of applying it. Not dissapointed because I wasnt expecting anything crazy but for that money (17ish euros) you can buy a beautiful lattafa scent.

Idk what Im gonna do with it. But I’m glad I tried something new!

Did anybody else try their other scents or this one? What was it like?

Lidl Coconut “drink” put in identical designed cans as coconut milk

I am so upset. I bought a whole bunch of coconut “drink” instead of milk. They literally have the same design, except for the word “drink”. There goes my curry for today.

And I can’t go buy more cause the closest Lidl is 60 km away :(

Could I still use coconut drink? I don’t think so cause the consistency is so different

Update 1:

It’s currently simmering. One of the cans was super dense, the other super runny. They both smelled fine so in they went! Gonna let the 15L of curry cook for 30-40 minutes and see what happens!

Update 2:
Done, tastes amazing! Can’t say the same for the overcooked rice tho😅

House of Atropa- Herbal smoothie, Tesseract- and the use of uranium glass

Can I start of by saying that I am OBSESSED with these. They look impeccable, incredible, artisan (and they are artisan). I am willing to buy them just for the bottle.

I believe the smell has to be amazing because the notes are: (taken from the site)

Herbal smoothie

Notes
Head: Mango, Mint, Cucumber
Heart: Helichrysum, Anise, Grass, Lemon, Orange, Basil
Body: Oud, Cedar, Patchouli, Juniper berry, Moss, Cypress

Tesseract

Head: Watermelon, Pepino, Lemon, Cucurbitaceae (Armenian Melon Cucumber)
Heart: Seaweed, Salt, Moss
Body: Oud, Moss

However, I cannot get over the uranium usage part. I cannot imagine the horror of cleaning it up if it breaks, or having to dispose of the packaging any time in the future.

Does anybody own these? Has one ever broken on someone? Is it worth it, including the uranium? Am I overreacting?
I have a cat and I myself can be clumsy.

I love this artist and their effort and I would absolutely love to own these and support them. The asking price is amazing for a hand made product and the concept and the idea behind it is so creative and beautiful.

If anybody has any insights or comments or advice or a critique- they are all more than welcome.

Sorry if anything is poorly written, English is my second language.

Thank you perfume-fragrance community.

Unusual sight in Croatia

Literally hundreds of cars (fiats and citroens) being transported somewhere. I have never seen this type of cargo in Croatia
