Making a bass amp with a powered pa cab and bass speaker

I have a cheap Gemini 15" powered PA cab (claims to be 2000 watts but i doubt it) and a friend is giving me a celestion pulse 15 speaker so im considering putting them together to make a bass amp. Has anyone tried something like this and had good results?

Water coming up on other side of bathroom in basement from sewer backup?

I had a sewer backup that I have since cleared. directly on the other side of the bathroom there is a clean out I used and noticed a small amount of water in the ground like it was coming through from the bathroom. directly on the otherside of the wall is a shower and toilet. Im guessing its the wax seal from the toilet, but the floor in the bathroom is dry? Id rather not tear out the wall to investigate. Or could there just be a break in the drain somewhere in that area?
