Overwhelmed

Just became a dishwasher and I'm struggling hardcore, I was told during my interviews there would be 2 dishwashers on weekends, and that was a lie. I'm the only dishwasher on weekends 4-close. My first day was a sunday and even with my trainer, we got our asses kicked. Dishwashers don't get breaks either, there's no deep sink for soaking things either (I'm used to triple sink set up), because of that, some things have to be ran through like 2-3 times which backs me up even more.

The workload is a LOT more than I was anticipating. I have already started applying elsewhere, but i gotta stick it out until then.

How do I not get so overwhelmed?

Manager withholding tips

I ended up quitting and moving out of state, and when I left, I left a pre-addressed envelope with postage already on it. I know they can't mail cash, and it has to be a money order, but it has been over a month. I have messaged and was told he would 'probably' get them mailed out soon.

I also have a package now sitting at the store (likely something about my 5 year mark).

How do I go about getting my tips? It's not a lot of money, but it's money I earned and am entitled to.

Completed my DS themed bedroom!

Used moving as an excuse to redo my bedroom and finally put up most of my DS stuff, there's still a good amount of things I wasnt able to put on display, but hopefully I'll get a shelf or something for that, since I also need room for the upcoming Sam figure

Watch face displaying watchmaker logo, and not watch faces

Used to work perfectly, but stopped wearing my watch for a bit and couldn't get my watch to accept faces. Did a reset on my watch and uninstalled and did a fresh reinstall of the watch maker app. The app says my faces transferred successfully, but I just can't seem to get it to properly work 🙃 any help would be appreciated
