I can’t find a job.

I worked as an MA for 2 years, got ill and had to take off work for a year and I’ve been to 5 interviews so far and no offers. Plus the pay for all these locations are pretty low(17-20 an hour).

I made more money as a server working 3 days a week than working 5 as a MA. I may go back to serving and finish school for nursing.

“It’s not about race, it’s about class”.

Can’t stand this statement from white liberals. Your white liberals are very quiet about the redistricting in southern states. Very quiet about a dude calling us the n word and he raised over 200k while he’s in jail. Very quiet about black people losing jobs due to the federal government being targeted.

But hey you call it out and you’re being divisive.

Coming to the realization that I’ll never be able to afford a home here.

I’m in my late 20s. Nothing really feels stable here. I’ve had friends come and leave the area, I’ve been laid off from a couple jobs and home prices are still between 500-900k here.

I’m more confused and lost in my late 20s than my early 20s.

I’m 28. I’ll be graduating with a computer science degree in the Fall of this year. I have no internships on my resume. I work in construction specifically concrete and I make $24 an hour. A couple years ago I had a car repossession and a credit card in collections so my credit score is in the high 500s.

I have no idea where to meet friends or women. I’m just confused and it feels like Everytime I seek advice it’s from older generations who are out of touch with the environment or upper class people whose also out of touch.

Does Mazda share your personal data regarding driving??

I need an oil change on my 24 Mazda3. The moment the car said “service required” I got 2 calls from the Mazda dealership trying to schedule an appointment.

I’m coming from a 2007 honda so I’m creeped out by this situation.

As much as I love a 335…

$3400 is a lot of money to drop on a guitar lol. And the ones with slightly better specs reach into the range $4,000.

lol I’m too poor for Gibson.

The “blue collar is stable” is a myth.

Got hired as an apprentice for a subcontractor for electrical. I’ve been here for 3 months and I had to wait 2 weeks in between job sites. Any time it rains you don’t work, I previously worked at a data center for Amazon and they can shutdown the entire data center for “security reasons” so you don’t work.

Out of 12 weeks I may have worked 7 40 hour work weeks. I had more stability when I was a dishwasher at a fucking restaurant.

Maybe finishing my college degree isn’t a bad idea.

Are tube amps really better than solid state?

I have a fender Mustang LTX100. It’s a solid state amp. At my local music store I tried out a hot rod deluxe and it sounded much better than my amp. The HRD was going for $450. My LTX100 I got last year was $400.

However I’m concerned about how loud the amp can get and how heavy it is, plus replacing tubes. I just want to know is it worth it?

Is it someone who works a normal job and can practically buy what they want at the grocery store and can afford housing but not having much savings left?

Is it someone who’s so poor they cut out all their subscriptions and even cut meat from their diet?

Is it someone who has to decide between paying electricity or their car insurance to get work?

Is it a family who has a mortgage but they’re drowning in debt and one paycheck would cripple them?

For myself I make $23 an hour. But I live in a HCOL and I have roommates to split rent. I can buy what I want at the grocery store, I can maybe take 1 cheap vacation per year(3 days to visit family) , but it’s difficult to save for retirement because I don’t have the disposable income every month.

People are judgmental towards college grads. If you went to school for an Arts degree you’ll get made fun of, if you choose education they’ll say good luck teaching those dumb Gen Alpha kids, if you say you went to school for CS they’ll say you should’ve chosen an AI proof field that’ll magically makes you 6 figures.

But hey you’ll see multiple YouTubers and Redditors talk shit about how GenZ can’t read and they’re unintelligent while at the same time demonizing college grads.
