I visit Melbourne infrequently and use PT when I do. I don't keep dedicated app on my phone, so I use Google Maps.

Today it told me to get on the 10:42 Lilydale from Melbourne Central to get to Bayswater.

The PID changed a few times between "Flinders Street", "Lilydale" and "Blackburn"

However it's now a Blackburn service? Google is still convinced that I'm on a Lilydale service.

Please advise.

Edit: got off the train at Flinders Street Platform 3 to find the correct train, Platform 2 is a Belgrave train???

With the constant barrage of news relating to the impending nursing shortage, there are several commenters who say "make EN to RN easier". Sounds good in theory, but in practice, how would that be implemented? Years of service? Previous employment?

ENs do a variety of roles, from being team leaders in aged care, managing the clinical needs of 24+ residents and leading teams of PCWs, to working in a GP clinic with limited to no supervision, to working bedside in a hospital following a ratio set by law or EBAs, to working in community, to working a specialty like dialysis, ED or theatres. How do you judge the level of credit towards the BN?

If you believe this should occur, how does ANMAC/AHPRA justify who gets an accelerated program? What needs to change about the BN?

I have twin brothers (Apollo and Ares) who are around 18mo now. Recently I have noted Ares seems to get panicked when I'm doing basic household chores (washing dishes, packing away items, putting out rubbish etc) to the point where he freezes (especially in doorways like he doesn't know what to do) and I have tripped on him a few times while carrying bulky items. As soon as I stop cleaning, he is back to normal.

He has places to hide.

This has developed since April when we moved to a new rental.

Apollo is fine, usually gets curious and in my way 😂

Looking for tips or tricks to help, if there are any.

I'm looking to purchase a 4WD for overnight trips and exploring tracks throughout Victoria and eventually interstate. It will be a 2nd car. I'm looking for advice on good models to build on. Ideally I plan to slowly mod it overtime. No plans to tow regularly. I am probably going to purchase used.

I'm currently thinking of a single cab ute, but it's early days, so I'm just gathering ideas as there are a lot of 4WDs in the market.

Surely other people experience this, or am I just expecting too much?

First EV, likely going to lease it but exploring all my options.

I currently have a 2020 Mitsubishi ASX. Done wonders for me. I like the size and drive of it. I’ve recently seen reviews on the Jaecoo J5 and it seems to meet most of my needs (booking a test drive this week) however, I’m in a regional city, about 1-2 hours from a capital city and I won’t lie, range anxiety is my main concern so I’m hoping for some pointers on best managing it.

My driving is mainly short trips around town, with the once/twice monthly visits to my parents (round trip about 170km). With the sporadic random trip to *somewhere*.

Do you plug it in every night at home? Is it worth it? I rent, so I would be relying on the grid and only using a regular socket.
Or just do commercial charging when required? I have been looking through PlugShare and I have some 50-100kW chargers in the middle of town.

Also, interested in people’s opinion on the J5.
