I am new to nosebleeds and had one this morning as I was sleeping. Thankfully, I was sleeping on my stomach and woke up right away. I am really worried about getting one while sleeping on my back and choking on blood going down my throat. Has that ever happened to anyone? What do people do to prevent it?
I try not to sleep on my back due to (untreated) sleep apnea, but can't help my position changing when I'm sleeping.
I've never had any in my life and now twice this week so far. Both massive. Lots of blood and it's gushing out of me and really hard go control. I saw a doctor and she didn't seem concerned. Both bleeds were triggered by a sneeze. I am terrified to sneeze now. Any advice?

Before I buy one more hair product, I'm curious if anyone has used this before? I have used the Perfect Repair Treatment Maque from this brand in the past and it wasn't anything to write home about.
Has anyone ever tried them? Do they last, fragrance-wise? I've been looking for a candle on the app and am open to any sold by Ulta (their own brand or not) that's reasonably priced. I plan to purchase with the latest member coupon. Thanks!
There should be a consumer protection law that the buy-in for any gift with purchase has to match the actual value of the gift! That is never the case with Ulta. There is no way that sample sizes and foils are ever worth the buy-in amount. And what are samples anyway, if not a way to get you to try a product and, if you like it, buy a full size (from Ulta!).

I used to listen to TO all the time since becoming Friend of the Pod subscriber (really since it first came out), but I just looked at Spotify and it looks like I haven't listened to any of them since last summer. I tried listening to a random one this weekend and now I remember why I stopped: they sort of remind me of when someone shows you a boring video that they like for some reason and you have to pretend to be into it, too. I feel that some of the people who guest on this particular pod have very niche interests that are just not my cup of tea. I really wish they would rethink this podcast and do something totally different. I like Only Friends and Pollercoatser (the other two subscriber-only pods), but find it annoying to still get the 'please consider subscribing to Friends of the Pod' at PSA... I *do* subscribe so I don't get any ads, so that kind of defeats the purpose for me!
I don't plan on renewing my subscription unless they either change some of the content/format or at least add Hysteria to the no-ads list. As it stands now, all the PSA interviews are a skip for me so I'm really not getting my money's worth content-wise.
Any other Friends of the Pod with similar views? I've tried to communicate this to the folks in charge via multiple surveys, but no dice.
