hiring process i feel is bit off, i have tired to get interviews so many times but not a single time got an opportunity. Recently i have applied for adidas and reached out to hr with cv with mails and LinkedIn but there is not a single acknowledgment also. I feel people are very hopeful when they apply for a job at least a acknowledgment is must which is lacking in the company.
