Is this cause for concern?

I’ve not been on hormonal birth control since I was 19 - started taking it when I was 16 (now 25) since then I’ve always been irregular. I’m thinking there’s something wrong hormonally but I really don’t want to go to the gp for them just to say go on the pill (what they said last year when they were concerned I hadn’t had a period in nearly 3 months) but I have been like almost a year with relatively normal cycle lengths 29-40 days (maybe this isn’t normal still🥴

Platy injuries

My platy got stuck in a piece of rock yesterday I managed to free him using a pipette aimed into the gap as nothing else would work.
He’s lost a lot of scales and seems to have lost a pelvic fin and some pectoral fin.

(IMAGES 2&3 SHOW INJURIES)

Is it kinder to him to help him recover or euthanise :(

URGENT HELP

This fucking idiot is stuck in this hole in the rock. I honestly don’t understand it. I’ve had this rock in tanks for the last 3 years and this has never happened.
Advise on how to get the lil guy out??

EDIT: fish is out of the rock but not out of the woods (image in comments)
my traumatised ass has removed any hard scape with an inkling of a hole tank looks like ass

Parameters New Tank Cycle

I set up a 72L tank yesterday. I checked the parameters today using API master test kit just to get a baseline after adding seachem Prime and seachem Stability. How do I rectify the parameters.
I checked the tap water parameters too

Tap water (from stood water over 24h)
pH 8
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 40/80

Tank parameters
pH 8
Ammonia 0.25
Nitrite 0.25
Nitrate 80

Could you also give some advice on cycling as I’ve not had a tank in over a year and it’s completely gone over my head - tried to go to LFS today to get some plants and advice but the one I went to was not welcoming at all. No clue who acc worked there or who was just stood having a chat we waited around 10/15 mins then decided to leave

New set up… wobble

I’ve just finished setting up this tank and stand. It’s completely level but wobbles when we nudge it. Set up on carpet and the stand has a 6 feet design. How do we remedy it or will it be okay with the weight of the water
