Is the regular tier fast or will it be affected by the backlog and be 5 months like all the submissions right before the price went up, or will it be like 1-2 months if I submit now with the $80/card, specifically through GameStop, if GameStop is longer than Psa itself than I can go through them but.

So I shipped a pokemon card in a plain white envelope on Reddit and the buyer said they didn’t receive the item. I have plenty of PayPal transactions but PayPal decided it was my fault and refunded the buyer and took the $45 from my account plus charged me a $15 dispute fee. PayPal is absolute garbage. Please help.
I just bought marioparty jamboree and I can't play it cuz this other console is 3000 miles away, never have had a virtual game card and bought this game to play what do I do. I have switch 1. I also play games that the other consoles user has but they aren't virtual game card. I just click his profile when starting that game.
