So I just found my APTV 4K (1st Gen) collecting dust and connected it up yesterday. I heard about an app called infuse which you can watch downloaded movies from, currently I put my movies on a HDD and plug it in directly into the TV but want to start getting rid of the HDD and use the APTV purely.

Question I have is, is there a way to just drag and drop my download movie into a folder that's on my PC and have the file show up in Infuse and watch it?

Also, is there a way I can do this for my iPad so I can watch these movies offline on a flight or will my PC have to be on all the time?

These movie files I download are always 4K, HDR, dolby etc.

Every now and then we have a hour and a half meeting which covers 12:30pm-2pm. After the meeting I went to lunch as I usually take my lunch at 12:30 which I couldn’t this time due to the meeting.

I had a message from my manager when I came back stating that the meeting is considered a work lunch and that’s why food is served during that meeting, so I was not supposed to go on lunch after the meeting ended.

Could someone confirm if this is legal and if I should get in touch with ACAS?

I currently have the "The American Express® Rewards Credit Card" but have not used it in a while. I have about 29,096 MR points on it. I stopped using it as I feel like I did not ever use the points that were coming in for anything.

I am now thinking as I want to travel atleast once a year or two years to the US, the points may come in handy. I am not a high spender, I spend maybe about £1k-1.5k per month and that's it.

Do I stick with this card and build up the points each year to use for Virgin Atlantic flights as that's who I always travel with, or is there another card that would be better for this?

(I am also looking to travel to the US this September so if anyone knows how I can check if these points are enough for a flight please let me know.)

I’ve been with my company for 8 months and on the 6th month my probation goes extended for 3 months and have my final meeting about my probation next week Friday.

I know this is the last thing to worry about but should I cancel all my annual leave in preparation just in case they terminate me next week?

Just wanted to ask the people that were in IT helpdesk how did you move up from it. I have been in helpdesk for about 4 years now and cant seem to move up from it, I apply to every 2nd line and above role and always seem to get rejected first reply back which is always automated.

Now, I've never really have 1st line or 2nd only roles all my roles have been you take the ticket as far as you can until it need to be escalated to a senior/different team.

Looking to play for the first time at Chigwell but I am only wanting to play solo.

I’ve only played at 9 hole pay and play courses, my question is how do I guarantee I play solo when there’s a tee booking system in place and overall how is the course for a beginner/intermediate player?

I took my car to Halfords about two weeks ago. They did a check for slow leak and no bubbles happened during their soap test but the slow leak still happens. I would say after filling up the tyre beginning of the week, it will be down by Sunday and the warning light comes on.

I feel like a proper test was not done and looking to get it checked somewhere else.
