Mantras during pregnancy after loss?

I'm looking for any mantras that have been helpful for you all. Before all of my losses "I'm pregnant until someone tells me otherwise" helped a lot but now I know more. Is there anything that's helped you?

What is this spot on my foot? It appeared about 6 years ago.

It's been on my foot for about 5.5-6 years. It's not a callus, and it doesn't change if I wear different shoes. It's hard to the touch, scrubs and lotions don't do anything. My doctor said it might be psoriasis but I don't think it is.

Female, age 32, 5'3", 260lb, nonsmoker, no medical issues other than recurrent pregnancy loss, low B12, vit D and iron that I'm supplementing. Current medications are prenatals (not pregnant currently but TTC, iron, coQ-10, Myo+D-Chiro Inositol, low dose asprin, magnesium, Claritin and pepcid. All medications/supplements are for the recurrent losses but that's only been going on the last two years.

I wrote a poem about recurrent pregnancy loss.

No, but hopefully one day.

We have four babies in the stars, but haven't been lucky enough to meet one yet.

It's our greatest wish.

We've had three losses, no living children.

My favorite tattoo is for our first baby, and I have a special necklace I wear when I'm thinking about our twins.

I've been pregnant on and off for two years with nothing to show for it.

No, but there's nothing wrong with us, we've done all the testing.

My body has a hard time staying pregnant.

I'm their mother, but I'm not a mother.

I always thought we would.

Yes, I've labored alone in my bathroom on a Thursday night and I survived.

Yes, and I had cravings for songs and smells in my last two pregnancies, and hash brown casserole in my first.

I think you mean well by asking that, but it's a tough question to answer.

Well I know everything I need to about labor, breastfeeding, and the first 12 years of life because I love to research first.

I don't think that will happen for us.

No, and we are aware of the option to adopt, thank you.

No, and I don't want to hear that it worked out when your friend just relaxed.

Sort of, but also not.

The universe has an interesting way of working out.

If love could keep a pregnancy alive, we would.

I'm jealous of people who have only had one loss.

Well I have a very sweet senior dog and a puppy.

The fertility specialist said we have a 60% chance of ever having a living child, and that we could have endless more miscarriages. She said to keep trying until our hearts couldn't handle it anymore.

Do you know how much life force it takes to grow an embryo? And to grieve them?

Well I'm basically a parent from being a nanny for 10 years.

We got our lives all set up and ready, we're just waiting for a baby that may never come.

Isn't it so funny how people have babies without even trying?

They all have names, and their souls were all so different.

I'm the only one who really knew them.

I don't know who I am anymore since they entered and left my life and body.

My body is kind of like a burial ground.

I got to love four babies with everything in me.

It's a pretty invasive question.

We have a room full of clothes and books ready for them, painfully infused with love.

My arms are so wide open and empty.

I don't have a good answer for you.

Do you have any kids?

What caused your recurrent miscarriages?

My husband and I have had no trouble getting pregnant, but staying pregnant hasn't happened. My first pregnancy, the baby stopped growing at 6w+1d. Second pregnancy, twins stopped growing at 6w+1d. We did a lot of tests on me, everything came back fine. Third pregnancy, we finally got a heartbeat, we were sure this one was the one. I took progesterone and low dose aspirin the whole pregnancy. She stopped growing at 9w+5d (give or take a few days). Her fetal tests came back normal.

It's taken us about 2 months of trying each time to get pregnant, we are both 31. I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and I'm curious what was the "problem". Next steps are meeting with a specialist and getting my husband's sperm tested. I'd just love to hear other people's experiences, I could use a little bit of hope. I read somewhere that only 50% of people who have recurrent losses find the cause and that freaks me out, we want a healthy baby so badly.
