I was on 5m olanzapine for 1month went off and had horrible anxiety and panic attacks ....still have some anxiety 6 weeks later went into the psych ward and the doc says it ptsd not withdrawels has this happened to anyone else

I was on 10m olanzapine for a month now im on serequel. I still have the withdrawels from olanzapine though ....serequel took away most of the anxiety but theres still some there and its been 6 weeks since my last dose of olanzapine. I never had any anxiety or panic attacks prior to going off olanzapine wondering how long this is gonna last or if anyone else is in the same boat so we can connect

Im on 150 immediate release im thinking of switching half of it to extended release bc Ive only been getting about 5 hrs of sleep on average has anyone switched and did it help
Has anyone stopped propanolol and thier sleep improved? Im thinking about stopping it now if taking it in the morning I stead if at night doesn't help

I've been taking 150m serequel for sleep and 10m propanolol for sleep the propanolol seems to be waking me back up after 5 hrs anyone else experienced this also if I go down to 125 or 100 serequel do you think it would effect my sleep feel like a zombie the next day
