Hungry Like The Wolf?

Seen on my bike ride today (in Killeen, Texas).

Facebook did not delete my account six years ago

Six years ago, I decided to get off Facebook, as one does. I first removed all my friends, deleted all my photos, and meticulously deleted every post I had made on that site. Then I went through the entire account deletion process.

Yesterday, more than six years later, I got an email saying I had reactivated the account, and another email asking "was this you?"

So I went through the password reset phase and regained access to the account, only to find that someone had posted there as me yesterday, AND, the most infuriating part: that a bunch of my old content was still there — content I had supposedly deleted more than six years ago. Also, I still had 37 friends.

I guess now I have to keep that account active again, just to monitor it?

Weight gain color options

I'm trying to find settings in the Zepp app for weight targets, but having no luck. The default appears to be "lose weight = green/good" and "gain weight = red/bad". But I'm trying to gain weight.

I know it's a small thing, but it's psychologically weird to see the green when I have an off day and lose a kilo, but then the red when I'm actually meeting my goals.

"Ride" category switched automatically?

UPDATE: it was my new cycling computer. Thanks for the help.

Original: Any ideas why Strava would suddenly switch up my ride type/category? (Or if something I did has inadvertently caused it?)

Since I began recording my rides on Strava in 2025, I've used the "ride" category for my cycling activities. When I started using cycling computers, those rides automatically synced to Strava as "ride" too. But I noticed today that my ride was listed as "Mountain Bike Ride", which startled me. I didn't even know that was an option. So I edited the activity and switched it to "Ride", since I'm riding on roads (and definitely not in the mountains).

Then I checked my previous activity. Same thing. It went back about two weeks. I edited them all back to "ride", but how can I keep it from happening going forward. (Or should I just ignore this?)

"rent free in your head"

Every day, I read on here that something "lives rent free in your head". Yes, Dwayne, nothing in my head pays rent. That's how brains work.

Report a Segment

EDIT: Nevermind! When I refreshed the page, the three-dot menu appeared (I didn't see it before). I've reported the segment for "misleading information".

ORIGINAL POST: Is there a way to report a segment? I don't mean someone's attempt on the segment, but the segment itself. There's one near me that says it's a "Category 4 Climb" with a 27% grade and 392 feet of climbing. But in real life it's nearly flat (slightly downhill in fact) and not a giant climb at all.

On the page, I can't find a way to report it.

How to add new roads to Strava's map?

Multiple times, I've cycled in housing developments that aren't on the map yet (or only partially on the map). So it looks like I'm riding well-defined routes in a pasture.

Is there a way to add new roads to the map, or suggest that they be added?
