Panic attack gave me GERD and chest pain for life ???

Hello everyone, I want to share my story and I hope somebody can help me or guide me. In 2025 I went on a trip and on that trip I had a panic attack due to stress and overthinking stuff and worrying about my family and my safety. After that panic attack i was never the same. I went back home and my problems just kept on piling on me, first it was the trip panic attack, then a stray cat scratching me which led me to getting a rabies shots, then after that my brother just casually telling me he has Coved while i was sitting beside him. All of this led me to having anxiety, unexplained chest pains, why i say pains with an S because it changes location around my chest area. I went to the ER many times and the general doctor and many doctors and each one told me something else, some said i need to start SSRIs, others told me that i developed GERD. At first I know it was anxiety because i used to worry more than the past, but nowadays i don't, it's just this chest pain that i worry about.

Now i want to talk about my chest pain and how it acts, it's random, so random and weird that it comes out of no where and it's like a needle pokeing me. Before anyone says go check your heart, I went and all the doctors cleared me from any heart issue.

Why some doctors said it's GERD, because i mentioned that sometimes I burp after the chest pain, i tried many mannnny meds but i don't think any of them is doing anything.

The things i did: ECGs, blood tests, echocardiogram for the heart and a Spirometry Test.

If anyone can give me an advice i would really be thankful
