Warmdpwn on AD30

Van i use the warmdown as a standby, for muting the guitar, because i saw a video of a guy that said to not use the standby at all because it could damage the rectifier but on newer models its no longer labeled as standby so im wondering did they change something in the circuit or just changed the word?

Elections moral dilemma

I posted this in the r/Anarchy101 subreddit but im posting it here too just to hear the opinions of more people.

My country is going into elections soon (Serbia )and the oposition party of students/the student list

are trying to recruit people to help. One such thing is a "Controler" at the elelctions place. This role asks of a person to be at the place of elections and look out that all the rules of elections are followed. Thats the short of it but you get it i hope. One of the rules of controlers is that they must abide by the principle of political neutrality. Now i got into this when a year ago the student party had a stand on the street and i left my number there in passing whitout too much thinking. Now i have been called to this and i want to do a good thing and help out in taking down this horrible government that our country is under but their rules and just the general idea that i will be basically just working for another political party makes me confused. I am anti all government but i often fell like my ideals are too extreme for the real world but i stil hold them. I am not sure if i even want to vote or not. I would like to hear the thoughts on this from fellow anarchists, thanks.

Sorry for potential spelling mistakes

A couple of days no social media

For the last 2 or 3 days i have been off social media, going to youtube and reddit for entertainment and it has been great so far. The day after deactivating instagram my screen time on my phone was cut by 80% i was way more productive i made lunch practiced guitar and overall my head felt clearer and i had less stress. Its amazing how much better you will feel without it and especially without short form content like reels. I am a procrasinator and the doomscrolling was taking so much time away and making me so mentally drained and unoproductive. So now i absolutley encourage everyone to quit or atleast reduce social media and just cut out all short form content. You wont regret it!!

Risk calculation

Im 19M very scared about loosing hair, i think i have some mild progression. My father had some hairloss by his 50s but it was not really that bad and also was a heavy smoker and drinker etc... basically all his life and everyone on his side had the same pattern basically. On the other hand my maternal grandfather was basically totaly bald by his mid 40s. So im guessing im in the middle somewhere but one factor is that my hairline is the same as my fathers in a sense that one temple is larger than the other. So i wonder if that means i got more of his genes or does it not matter?

Twin reverb for a punk band

I play in a punk/ska punk band and i can get a good deal on a used silverface twin reverb amp. I am wondering will it be good to play in punk because some people say it wil do great with pedals and can handle distortion whereas others say it is the worst for this aplication. So would it work or not?

Fender jewel light question

So i was playing this gig a few months ago and the venue had a twin reverb amp, and it was my first time playing one. I noticed the jewel light would change color when the amp was on standby to a king of orange to red when it was not on standby. I really liked that feature and i was wondering is this a standard on fender amps like the twin or deluxe reverb or if its a rare thing?
