I recently learned that the US is experiencing a big brain drain (I don’t blame them) and with the way things are going here, I don’t expect the general situation to get any better. So knowing all of this and with my future open in front of me, should I focus on studying into a career that could get me to move out of the US? Am I being too rash and am too focused on doomer news?

The holdo maneuver is undoubtedly cool looking but people have already done to death how it breaks mechanics in the Star Wars universe. But, it’s in the movies and is now a part of the Disney cannon. Nothing more we can do there. So my question is, how do we explain why the holdo maneuver in this one specific instant and has not been tried elsewhere in the galaxy?

Been dealing with mice and have exhausted most home solutions to try to thin then out.

I want to get some confusion cleaned up. Initially, the series had me believing that the Alternate's only method of harming people was inducing MAD which led to the person ending themselves. But then throughout the series you have scenes showing people dying from alternates and it's highly unlikely that they offed themselves that quickly. Off the top of my head, there's Jonah, Dave's police partner when they investigated the Murray house, and finally Adam's dad. Do they resort to MAD only when they know they have their victims cornered with no way out?

Now I don’t follow their socials so I don’t even know if they ever talk about MAWS. But with how they “were inspired” by Toriyama’s work when it comes to Jon Kent and the their adaptation of the Reign of the Supermen story, I thought someone would splice some Trunks lines over Jon Kent. Best case scenario, though I am too afraid to personally ask him, would be to see KaiserNeko post a 20 second clip or something of him dubbing over Jon Kent in his future Trunks voice or (more difficultly) editing MAWS footage to resemble a Trunks scene from the Cell Saga

A friend of mine is leaving OC to pursue higher education and I’m looking for recommendations for a a good not overly expensive bar/restaurant for us to celebrate his going away. Izakaya is preferred but I wouldn’t mind any suggestions for a tapas place or a gastropub.

No matter how many my grandmother and I swat them, there always seems to be at least 3 houseflies flying around my home. And we can even see them gathering around our screen doors and windows trying to find a way in. Is anyone else experiencing this kind of problem? I’m also open to possible solutions on how to curb this issue.

Despite universal healthcare, generous welfare, better public services (compared to other western countries), and some of the highest standards of living in the world, the Nordic countries all have birth rates well below the 2.1 replacement rate. Why is that the case? And if even well off countries like Norway and Sweden are unable to solve their population crisis, how can countries like the US, Japan, Korea, China, and Chile even hope to solve it?

Did the memorial pool have a algae problem before? What was changed that made the algae bloom?

It’s something I’ve heard all throughout my life but I want to hear from people’s personal experiences if that sort of thing is common.

We know that inherited CTs are expressed differently between users and is influenced by the era they're from. The best example being Naobito's projection sorcery looking like traditional cell animations while Naoya's projection sorcery looks like onion skinning, where you can see the before and after frame look like ghosting. My question is what would projection sorcery look like for someone born in the 2000's, where CGI and AI frame interpolation has influenced the animation industry?
