Affect enjoyment of food?

I just got a referral to the weight loss clinic and it seems id have to pay out of pocket for any medication prescribed (so GLPs are out). Contrave seems intriguing but I'm worried the naltrexone component would make it hard to enjoy food while I'm eating it (I'm a foodie). Obviously I want the cravings and constant hunger to go away but when I'm in the middle of eating food I don't want it to taste "meh". Does contrave have that issue or no?

Why *I* don't want kids

This isn't to cause any drama but to contribute to the discussion on why birth rates are declining from the perspective of me, a man who doesn't want kids.

So in the past (and in modern rural/poor settings), children were largely seen as cheap tools, pop out a bunch, throw some gruel at them, and send em to work. Nowadays, that is obviously not the case, you're expected to actually give a shit about your kids. If I had a kid, I would want to make sure they get an education and travel abroad and have video games and sports/music/whatever. Because of this, it would be very expensive and time consuming to raise a child, and I imagine it would also be very stressful and tiring to actively participate in the child's life as I would want to do if I were a parent.

As someone without kids, I don't have to worry if I can afford to be happy, I can afford to go out to conventions and buy games and stuff without dealing with paying for food or extracurriculars or plane tickets for more people, nor do I have to deal with the emotional stress of having a kid.

So I'm thinking the reason tfr is down is not "hur dur those damn females" so much as having kids is relatively a worse deal financially/emotionally than not having kids. Of course I'm not advocating for a return to breeding cheap farm tools, nor am I advocating for anything because I have no answer to this
